I liked the parking and convenience of the parking all other things were not okay ! I asked the manager for the discount rate for the 7 day stay and they didn’t they overcharged me !!!

Nightmare at Horseshoe Tunica
Gave us a room that someone was already in. Got no apology just asked if we wanted to upgrade. We were on the second floor. Lots of meeting rooms. Did not feel safe walking to the room. Creepy Floor is uneven causing me to face plant. Over it was dirty, old and outdated. Desk clerk was rude. Feel like something wasn’t right about getting a room that was occupied. The person (a lady) was not shocked. When went down to the desk, the first question asked was did we want an upgrade for 35.00. Wondering if that is a game to get more money. Something wasn’t right

Hotel rooms our dated. Our room had pealing wall paper and water stains on the ceiling. Staff was rude and acted like they didn’t even want to be there. Would encourage people to either stay at goldstrike or better yet, travel in from Memphis

Typical casino hotel, large room with nice TV. bathroom could use some updating. No breakfast which is normal and no microwave which again is typical for a casino hotel. Reasonable prices for a Monday night.
