I had a horrific experience at this hotel. The manager whose name I can’t even pronounce is extremely unprofessional and a complete savage. I am disabled and travel with a service animal. This individual wouldn’t allow my dog in despite me disclosing my documentation and disability. During checkout, I happen to run late because I had lost my car keys by the parking lot. As a result, I notified this manager I would be about 10-20 mins late for checkout. Nevertheless, a few minutes after, he stood outside my room’s door and started banging loudly on the door and the windows asking me to “get the hell out”. At the same time he was screaming at me while yelling profanity. I asked him to stop and said I was not done packing and that I needed to be left in peace to finish gathering my things. Unfortunately, I had to call the police to be able to get myself and my dog out of the hotel room and into my car safely. This has been the most unprofessional and mentally disturbed “manager” I have ever encountered. Not only was he horrible to me but I also saw him disrespecting the ladies who do the cleaning around the premises. As I said I don’t know his name but he is either Pakistani or Hindu and wears a small hoop in one of his ears. Becareful with that individual. He is a pig.

The fellows who manage the property provided outstanding service. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and professional. The bed was so comfortable, it made falling asleep so easy!!! Very clean room. I will be staying at this hotel again!

Don’t stay here
The room was not ready at 3pm for check in the door on the room that was given was broken once I got into the room I pulled the sheets back and they have bed bugs I showed the front office who offered a different room or refund I opted for the refund and was told I needed to contact hotels.com Now I’m getting the run around from the hotel and hotel.com on getting my money back The hotel keeps telling me I have to wait for the manager who was supposed to be in within 2hrs or in the morning I called in the morning and the guy that answered said the manager will not be in until Monday

There was a sign warning park at your own risk, the night window was taller than me and the bed and sheets were disgusting. The only thing that made my stay bareable was a member of the staff the next morning. He was very kind and even offered to help with my bags. The room was decent but the bed was nasty.

Their "breakfast" was only coffee, orange juice and a packaged Danish. The orange juice had a terrible taste. I don't know if it was spoiled, or the dispenser was moldy, but something was wrong with it. Bathroom was very very small and the toilet kept running. The bed was fine. The owner was nice.
