Mice!
This hotel is extremely run down. My first room had lots of old water damage that was papered/painted over. On top of that a mouse scurried across the floor about an hour after I checked in. I was moved to a different room, but I was not confident mice were not in this room as well, since there was a gap under the door. This room smelled of smoke and was not in great shape either. It was late at night, or I would have tried to find a different hotel. I checked out at 6am because I just wanted to get out of there. On top of this I was charged full price for the night. I didn't touch the free breakfast, since I was afraid mice could have been in the food.

The hotel was exactly what I would expect from a Best Western in the suburbs. It was clean and fine for a short stay. The free breakfast was also as expected, a variety of bread, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, etc. The one outstanding feature was the shower (no bathtub) which was newly renovated, although the bathroom was tiny, with the sink located outside the toilet, shower area. Would stay at this convenient hotel again.
