I booked and paid for the hotel room 1week ahead of time, but during checkin they said my room was given to someone by mistake and they were overbooked. It’s totally ridiculous and unacceptable. When someone is checking in late night with family and the hotel staff says they are overbooked and the reserved room was given to someone. I called up the hotel twice ahead of time on my way to inform I will be checking-in late, they said the room was under my name and It was okay for me to arrive late, all lies. It was a terrible experience… I will never ever go to any other Comfort Suits hotel anymore..None of the Choice hotels anymore, stay away from this place.. I ended up paying a lot if money to find another hotel(good one) in the area, it was past midnight by the time we hit the bed… I have to still get my money back from this hotel.

Stayed 4 nights floor in hallways had the same filth and grime all four days, elevator looks like it hadn’t been cleaned since the building opened, room had roaches no towels and generally was not very clean at all. Night management was too busy hanging outside smoking dope with his buds. Only thing positive was leaving

We checked in without any issues. But our room smelt horribly of cat pee. I started sneezing u controllably likely due to my cat allergy after just 10 minutes. Upon inspection, there was cat hair everywhere, hairballs and fingernail clippi gs on the floor. Several people at the front desk had issues with their rooms, the front desk person was very polite and helped me get a refund thankfully. Will not be returnig.

We arrived and were extremely disappointed with this hotel. The cleanliness everywhere was disgusting. We had two rooms and one absolutely smelled the second room was dirty, shower was not cleaned and the handle was broken and didn’t even work. Needless to say we left immediately!

Horrendous. Claims to be child friendly but locks all staff out of the play pens and cribs. The pool area is filthy and the entire outside of the hallway around it is a treacherish slip risk. And I don't blame the people swimming in it because nobody is offered Towels, both by the pool and in their rooms. My medically complex micro preemie had to sleep on the floor And the housekeeping staff decided to walk into our room at 8 AM. Despite checkout being at eleven a m, After checking us out. Without us even knowing.

The bed was hard as nails creaky and cheap. The room looked highly questionable. Ac stopped working toilet stopped working. No investment into this property at all just dirty and dank. Stay next door much cleaner
