Found one on the pillows has blood on it, very very disgusting; the bathroom was not upto standard as it has rusted fixtures, unhealthy and unacceptable especially when it provides lodging for people like us patients of Mayo Clinic with health issues. I have stayed many times in the past several years at this hotel and was nice but our experience this time was not acceptable and it will be our last!

You advertise that you have a big hot breakfast so we planned our day expecting to have breakfast before we checked out! It was a joke! The waffle mix looked so disgusting and wouldn’t ever eat that without knowing when it was made up! It seemed very old and there was nothing else to eat! There was no cream even for coffee, when I asked about the cream the lazy person behind the desk said it may come out later, we didn’t want to wait around for that and had to go elsewhere to get breakfast! I would like a partial refund from our stay that was supposed to include breakfast!!!

There was no breakfast, warm 1/2 gallons of milk and waffles with no syrup was what they had. Also a handful of jelly packets….definitely should not be telling people “free breakfast”. Otherwise it was just average everything else and overpriced at that.

Horrible. I had to pay a $150 deposit for each night I stayed (2 nights, $300 total). I was charged $98 TWICE for a room I prepaid for. The room didn’t have bar soap, Kleenex, coffee, or cups. When I asked to speak with the manager, she wasn’t in. I went back to the desk later (I had been told she would be in) and she still wasn’t there. No one seemed to understand how the computer system works or how to fix an erroneous charge (therefore I was erroneously charged twice for a room I prepaid for). The “breakfast” consisted of waffles and cold cereal. No coffee, no milk, no juice, no fruit or yogurt. Do not recommend staying here.

Stained towels and sheets. The shower hardly drained at all and had terrible water pressure. I got charged a second time for my room even though I paid in full a month ago. The staff did correct this error however. The staff was friendly enough for both of them being new. There was no breakfast even though it was not time for breakfast to be over so we had to go elsewhere. Our whole floor smelled like cigarette smoke. Part of the wall in our bathroom was damaged (room 314). The beds were hard. We only stayed long enough to sleep as we were just passing through after a concert in st paul but we likely would not stay here again.

Rooms were clean, modern and quiet. If you need to talk to a front desk person, they don't answer the phone. No coffee in rooms were available. Went to breakfast area, coffee out of order, juice out of order, fridge for yogurt etc was off and empty. My husband had a cold shower, mine was fine however. Other motels nearby that are better for the 10 bucks you save staying here.

Wasn't happy. Strictly booked here because there was a pool. When we checked in, looked around and there was a sign saying pool closed. Asked management how long had it been closed, over a month. So when i had booked there was nothing updated on website. When we arrived in the room, i had noticed that the bed frame was sticking out. Needless to say, I hit my leg on it.. not coming back.

When we arrived we were informed that the hot tub & pool were not in working condition. Very disappointing. Then on Friday morning, no breakfast was available. No milk, fruit, really nothing. We were told supplies didnt come in. Not even the manager knew about this. The kitchen manager was a joke. Just gave excuses. Not even any kleenex in the building. Chatted with the manager, Jaren about all this..By Sat morning she had gone out yo purchase food. How can a manager not know these things ahead of time. Not a pleasant feeling. Not sure if wed ever stay again

Not of the Wyndham caliber. AWFUL!
From the beginning, this hotel was AWFUL! The pool was not available. Closed because “supplies had been back ordered for two weeks.” When we got there to check in our room was not ready. Because of our flight and drive from MSP, we never arrived at the hotel until 6:30 pm. And, the room wasn’t ready? We were asked to wait five minutes, but after a half hour, I was understandably frustrated. The front desk clerk, Alexander, said that he had just fired three people, and that I had “two choices”: continue to have a nasty attitude and he would have one with me throughout my stay, or change my attitude and have a wonderful stay. What I should have done is canceled and went to a different hotel. Our toilet was clogged in our room. I went back to the front desk about it as soon as we were settled in, explained that we had a dinner reservation and would return late in the evening, and there should be plenty of time to address the issue. When we returned several hours later, the toilet was still clogged, and the new desk clerk handed me the plunger to go fix it myself! Breakfast was nonexistent. Not even milk for coffee or butter for toast, not that there was anything more than two ends of a loaf of white bread. All guests were at the front desk complaining. I have never been so disappointed; this hotel DOES NOT deserve the Wyndham name.

Best value for similar properties. Clean, quiet, staff was professional but friendly. Breakfast was spotty with staff scrambling to provide enough product due to unreliable stock. Very poor protein offerings.
