Paid for 2 lake view rooms. My room faced onto a garage and parking lot. Lake could be viewed only while standing to the extreme left and looking hard right. My friend's room was huge, direct view of lake .. he complained he couldn't use his Hilton points because I booked thru expedia. Room cleaning hit and miss. Day 2, I had to ask for clean towels and tissues; Day 3 no service at all. I gave up; didn’t want to deal with the "kids" at front desk. Beautiful area overall but I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Overall it is a beautiful hotel. My one and only problem, I had to hunt down a maid to get clean towels after the first night. For that kind of money you would think clean towels would be provided daily.

The Hotel is very nice and new. I think they are having the same problem with staffing I have seen in many restaurants since covid. Only a few servers and meals can take a while. The bar closes very early even on weekends. The hot tub also closes at 8pm which was very annoying. Property is in a great location for the lake and restaurants to walk to. We did rent a pontoon boat at Seager Marine nearby that was managed very well. The area is beautiful.

This property is located right on Canandaigua Lake. The room and hotel were clean and spacious. The hotel staff were friendly and the surrounding area has a lot to offer

Awesome Hotel
This property is absolutely beautiful. Being next to the lake was amazing. The staff were all very friendly. The surrounding area was nice. The lobby was very inviting and the dining area and bar were top notch. I was able to have family come and just hang out with us in the lobby.
