The hotel gave us a handicap accessible room close to the exterior door on the first floor with a shower chair, shower wand and double shower rails without us even asking for it and we literally booked on the way less than an hour ahead. That was wonderful!

Location is ok, close to Walmart and the mall but it’s also right next to the highway and it’s really loud during the night. I thought it was neat that they had a bowl of ear plugs at the counter but now I understand why, you can hear the cars zooming by because it’s next to the highway. Room was basic and smelled like urine. There was leftover gum or spitball in our room that wasn’t cleaned which was pretty disgusting. Also at 3am, there was a domestic dispute and the walls are thin so you can hear everything going on. My kids were freaked out and wanted to leave asap.

There are no elevators. So be prepared to carry everything to the stairs if you’re not on the 1st floor. Check out is at 11am and at 11:02 they were banging on the door.
