The advertisement for this property is totally false. There is no pool and the hot tub has not worked in a very long time. Trash was pilled outside in the driveway and the house was not clean. After contacting the host when only a small refund was offered Vrbo then told me I should have contacted Vrbo during the stay. However no answers were ever made from emailing them. VRBO also promised a follow up email and call after I made the complaint and neither ever came. Highly unrecommed!!!! Also while I would give zero stars for most of this I am forced to give things a minimum of one star.
