All of the staff, from the front desk, to housekeeping , breakfast service, maintenance, and others were simply amazing. Their ability to be helpful and compassionate to all the guests was so comforting, as my family and I were there for 10 days for medical reasons. The desk staff were such good listeners and problem solvers! I absolutely love this place. My sister also stayed with me for 4 days. She also complimented the staff at Springhill Marriot Mayo, Rochester.

Excellent Team And Staff
It was great. I was especially impressed with all staff members. The folks at the front desk were outstanding. The breakfast guy was very friendly and did a good job. The Maintenace staff and housekeeping folks were all so friendly and helpful. My wife had surgery at the Mayo clinic, and it was a stressful time for us. All of the SpringHill staff made the stay more comfortable. Thank you!

We had an early morning appointment at the Mayo Clinic across the street so it was an easy walk. Room looked nice and i liked it had a desk and nice little kitchenette area. Beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom was dirty. There was hair and bugs in the bathtub, the toilet handle would stick so unless we manually pulled it up the toilet would run. There was about an inch of dust on the light above the mirror and the bathroom flooring seemed like it wasnt suck to the floor. It moved when we walked on it. The lady who checked us in on sunday evening was very very kind. But the gentleman who checked us out made me stand there for 15 minutes with a baby who was fussing while he was on the phone. I probably wouldnt choose that hotel again as there are plenty on that street to choose from. The Holiday Inn a little further down was alot nicer when we stayed the week prior.

The staff was wonderful and always helpful! There were also many dining options within walking distances, as well as many restaurant delivery options. The mattress was lumpy and hard and the pillows were extremely flat. The Wi-Fi was not secure and it was slow. Our room was directly above garbage pickup for the hotel and 2 other businesses, so we were awakened before 4am to the sounds of banging and truck backup beeping that lasted more than 20 minutes. There were also other truck noises, I believe for surrounding businesses, that happened all 3 nights we were there. Definitely too noisy of an area and will not stay again.

All in all, it was a great experience. I would recommend this Hotel to others! Only bad thing, the towels need some more fabric softener, they were a bit scratchy. 🙂
