Very thankful that they could take a last minute emergency booking have to book online but pay $50 deposit per room in addition that is refunded if everything is ok at checkout. Room was dated carpet had tears there was hair in the shower. Three elevators on the property but one was broken.

Stood in lobby for 2 hrs. Some people had been there for 5. System down, couldn't see our reservation, ck us in or make room keys. We finally left so we could find a room somewhere. Hotels filling quickly with folks escaping Helene like us. Terrible system when you are crippled if your computer doesn't work.

Property is SUPER old and incredibly basic. There was a wad of hair in our shower drain and spider webs in the corners of our room. So, super clean lol Wouldn’t stay here again. Nope.

I like that it is right outside of Carowinds and Pet friendly because my little dogs travel with us. The staff are so very nice .

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was filthy. The AC in our room broke in the middle of the night. It was like something out of a bad Halloween movie. Super dark. Dirty. The room was filthy. Even the breakfast area was unclean. And good luck getting a front desk staff or management to speak with you about concerns. I will never stay here again
