The facility is perfectly fine. Expedia is the problem. They took my money, and failed to book the room I paid them for. I informed them I didn't have any more money to wait for a refund and pay for it out of pocket, so they sent me to a different hotel that required a deposit, which they knew I didn't have, so I called them again and tried to fix the situation. They kept my money and didn't fix the situation.

Everyone so far is really nice. A lot has changed over the years here. My fiance and I are smokers so we got the king size with smoking. It was last min set up online but available and fast check in. The main part is clean and smells clean, the smoking side is really bad. Smells bad, walls and everything are yellow. Coffee pots in the rooms would be nice or at least have some available in the front, tried getting some 3 times already and it's been empty. The bed is comfortable but needs different blankets. Shower gets really hot but pressure sucks! Other than that, it's a place to sleep and shower.

I Thought I Was Being Punked
The stay started off horribly with a rude front desk girl, Pool not being open as advertised, very old and in need of updating plus a deposit per room which was not mentioned until check in. It was very sketchy and scary once night fall hit and super noisy almost like people lived there. I almost felt like we were in a Norman Bates hotel The manager/owner (not sure which) was really kind though, apologizing and trying to make up for all the inconveniences by giving a $10 discount per room. It’s a huge place and did have a nice pool area had it not been shut down so with some updating and repairs it has potential

OK stay
The hotel was clean, but the smoking section where I stayed was poorly ventilated. The pillows were very flat and may as well have not been there. The pool was closed and that was one of the amenities that I requested when I booked the room The staff was nice and friendly though.
