Countless trout, redfish, flounder and other desirable fish species have been caught from the private pier, which also includes fishing lights for night time action. The home was fully renovated within the last year and includes a huge open concept living and kitchen area, making it perfect for entertaining large groups. Don't forget your swimsuits, as Rockport beach is just up the road! Rockport beach is of the most family friendly beach in Texas. It is highly manicured and meticulously maintained. Rockport beach remains shallow, even hundreds of yards off the beach and does not have and undertow, making it perfect for families with kids!

Our family had a great time, grandkids loved fishing off the pier. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. Mosquitoes were bad from the previous storms but didn’t keep us from have a great time. Look forward to next year.

The house was roomy & oh so comfortable. Everything we could possibly need. Lots of parking & the sunsets spectacular🤗 I would definitely rent again. Things I would change is door knobs without push in lock buttons. Coded deadbolts are perfect. And please fix the upstairs shower. We had a wonderful time!! Very spacious house with everything you need. Lighted pier was awesome for the kids to fish. Cold front blew in and was a bit cooler than expected but it was a great time. Looking forward to returning next year. I highly recommend.

Summer vacation
The house has a great layout with all the amenities you will need. The pier has plenty of space for multiple people to fish from. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the property and it was very comfortable for me and my family. The access to Copano Bay was great. I’d recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.

Great get away!
This is a great property if you love to fish. Private pier, and private boat ramp. The house was clean and had all the extras you could possibly need. They provided plenty of outdoor chairs, so no need to pack them and they also have a charcoal grill available for use. Located about 10 minutes from the heart of the town and Rockport beach. Communication with the owner was great. He was very responsive and did his best to accommodate our needs. We enjoyed it and can’t wait to come back.

This property is amazing. The house is beautiful, but the pier was the best part for us. It would have been convenient to use the boat ramp, but it was way too windy. We knew the chances of taking the boat out were slim, but brought it with us, just in case. Check in and check out were a breeze. We would definitely rent this place again.
