This home is beautifully decorated and located 2 miles from downtown Rockville, the center of the world famous Parke County Covered Bridge Festival. The county is home to three state parks (Turkey Run State Park, Raccoon Lake State Recreation Area, and Shades State Park) and is just minutes from Rockville Lake Park. This home comes with numerous amenities; large dining room, large living room, kitchen with all necessary appliances, use of full size washer & dryer. This house has1,500 square feet on the first floor and 400 square feet on the second floor. Two bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the first floor and a third bedroom is on the second floor with a full bathroom. This home was completely remodeled from top to bottom in 2021.

Perfect getaway
This was the perfect place for a long weekend! We came to hike at Turkey Run and Shades, and this location worked out great! Very clean and quiet, had absolutely everything we needed. It was a very hot weekend, so the a/c was a welcoming return to the house after hiking. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area 😊

Our stay at this house was wonderful. We came here to hike with our grandsons. The house is in a nice location to Turkey Run State park. The house had everything that we needed for our stay. I cooked all our meals while we were there and the kitchen had everything that I needed to get the job done. The kids liked that there were games for us to play at night time. If I come back to the area I would not hesitate returning for another stay at this house. Thank you for a very CLEAN enjoyable stay!
