This property also offers backyard access to some of the worlds best biking, tubing on the virgin river, backyard access to ATV trails, and sits only 10 minutes away from the incredible Zion National Park known for its slot canyons, red rock natural arches, canyoneering, and the ultimate hiking trails.

This newly renovated Mediterranean-style Villa is fully packed with everything for your groups stay. Zion National Park and sits minutes away from Smithsonian Butte, a hidden gem that has incredible trails to explore freely with your bike or road licensed ATV equipment.

This mansion estate features 2 1,500 square ft grand indoor gathering areas with high vaulted ceilings, and enough room for everyone to spread out.

Great Room:
Our elegant great room on the main floor features 3 sparkling glass chandeliers with modern furniture and décor all around. You can find seating areas for group conversation in different sections of this luxury room as well as 2 large flat screen TV’s, and a grand piano. The room has plenty of space around the custom wood dining tables. It also has French double doors that lead to the front and back of the house with a back patio flanked right on the back overlooking mount Kinesava in Zion National Park.

Downstairs Lounge Meeting Room: Our club style lounge area offers comfortable cool relaxing seating flanked with two courts countertop bar areas, custom fitted pipe shelving, & game tables. It’s a great room to teach, learn, or play in.

Kitchen: The beautiful modern kitchen has quartz marble counter-tops, gourmet Viking appliances, cool modern lighting, a large island, and is completely stocked for any private chef to make your dinner sensational.

Pool: Kicking back in the sun near the pool with your friends and family is one more way you can relax in this beautiful Villa.

Sport Court: The backyard offers two full size pickle ball courts along with a half size basketball court.

Elegant European Garden: The backyard has a beautiful earupoean like garden that is perfect for mediation or ceremonies.

Playground: This home offers a playground area for young children in the backyard next to the pickle ball court.

Separated from the main house is the theater room that comfortably seats guests in 18 leather reclining chairs and is the perfect place for your own private screening. With surround sound and impeccable digital picture this will be a room you won’t want to leave.

Master bedroom Suite: This luxurious 1,500 sq ft master bedroom suite has unbeatable views and spa inspired bathroom that includes a tall rain glassed shower, cast iron tub, & incredible outdoor window views. Getting ready will be easy in the large glam room vanity area with custom quartz countertops, majestical hanging crystal chandeliers, & mirrors all around. The spacious windows all around and the private fireplace seating area give this master suite a feeling of peace and serenity.

Bedrooms: All the bedrooms are names and themed after Zion. And 7 of the 11 have their own bathroom, & sitting area. There is accommodations for up to 58 people.

Local Attractions: During the warmer months you’ll have access to some of the best hiking, fishing, and mountain biking that Utah has to offer. During the winter it rarely snows but if it does you will get picturesque views of the sparkling white snow against the red rock. The winter hiking weather is excellent getting up between 45 to 50 during the hottest part of the day so when you're hiking it doesn't get too hot and the air is crisp and clean with less tourists.

This home offers first class access to a world renowned biking trail known as the Gooseberry Mesa. This trail has the designation of ‘National Recreation Trail’ and leads right to the Ghost Town Grafton where Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid was filmed in 1969.

This home is right next door to our Zion Red Rock Oasis that also has accommodations for up to 56 and is only 7 minutes away from our Zion Red Rock Chalet that can sleep 22. All homes can be rented out at the same time if you are needing more space but each are far enough away from each other that you will still experience lots of privacy that is designated at each property. Each home has it's own fast speed wifi and internet.
