Relax and enjoy beautiful East Tennessee in this spacious, modern 3 bd 1 ba house situated in a safe neighborhood just 5 minutes to local shopping, restaurants, and recreation. Enjoy exploring local shops and eateries, as well as many outdoor attractions within a leisurely drive 30 min or less away—Wind rock OHV park, Frozen Head State Park, Caney Creek Marina, Ozone Falls, to name a few. It’s about 10 minutes to Roane State College and Roane County Park with tennis, trails, kayak launch etc.

Parking off-street, 2 car carport plus space for trailer/boat in the driveway
Host is local and available if needed
Home is located in a safe, residential area with generous sized lots. There is plenty of off-street parking and house is set back from the road.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
-Garbage must be placed in the proper receptacles
-No additional guests allowed without written permission from hosts and guests of all ages must be disclosed at booking
-Pet waste must be collected and disposed of immediately
-Pets are not to be left unattended inside the home unless crated, and shouldn't be left outside if guests aren't home
-Access for yard care must be granted when needed (weekly mowing of front and backyard, etc.)
