Our check was easy, the Manger Caheed Coley was Awesome! He explained everything, concerning the room, breakfast schedule, WIFI, and housekeeping schedule. He also gave us a printed list of restaurants that were within miles of the hotel. He also assured us that if we needed anything, just let whomever was at the service desk know and they would take care of it. Maria, the breakfast Manager was Absolutely Amazing, she greeted me with a smile Every Morning and made sure breakfast was kept full. Lastly, everyone that I came in contact with on the Housekeeping staff was really friendly and very polite. Our week stay here has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! If you are visiting the Wilson, NC area. I HIGHLY Recommend Comfort Suites, you will not be disappointed!

Check in took almost one hour, employee didn’t properly locate the reservation even with an email confirmation provided. The place is run down, there was a hole behind our bed. Most employees didn’t look happy to be there and didn’t even interact with guests.

Carpet in the room as very dirty. The “remodeled” bathroom had no towel bars on which to hang wet towels. Dish TV channels list should be in every room without having to ask for it. Nearby restaurant list needs to be updated (some on the list have been closed and replaced). Worst of all..the coffee at breakfast was lukewarm! The bedding was luxurious and very comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was comfortable and quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is a property that shows its age in many ways but is clean and well maintained. We would stay here again at the price offered as it suited our needs for a one night stay.

The electric blinds in my first room did not work. The phone did not work to call the front desk. I had to be moved to another room. The shower in the bathroom was extremely slippery, the bathtub itself. The water pressure was horrible, the water leaked from the top showe spigot, and the bathtub spigot, which gave the shower water no pressure. The workout room was dirty with dirty towels on the floor. The water machine in the workout room did not work. The remote control for the TV was not the proper remote for that particular TV. The breakfast was very minimal.

Very nice.
Comfort suites was perfect for a quick trip. Stayed 2 nights to be close to my son’s baseball tournament. Room was clean. Sheets and duvet were so comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Breakfast was good. Staff were polite and they let us have a late checkout since my sons games were delayed for rain.
