BELLA VISTA or BellavistaOBX.. is our newly renovated oceanfront home in the Outer Banks. We had it professionally decorated with high end finishes that are not common in the Outer Banks. It's fully loaded with everything you will need and want from the new fresh home smell to the chef's kitchen. We've completely transformed this home with new paint, floors, lighting, kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, everything!

Top Floor:
Living Room- Panoramic oceanfront views, wall to wall windows with high ceilings, right on the ocean! 65" Roku smart TV on stone fireplace for movies and entertainment.
Chef's Kitchen- with everything you need to cook a Thanksgiving meal. 2 dishwashers makes cleanup a breeze. Custom coffee bar with all the extras. Ocean views throughout.
Dining Room- Large table seats 10 with additional 4 at the kitchen island. Ocean views all around.
Master King Bedroom 1- w/ensuite custom shower and double vanities, stone fireplace, high ceilings, Plush new mattress and premium bedding, Roku smart TV, dramatic ocean views, and slider door to upper deck.

Mid-level floor:

Bathroom: toilet paper, spa packs for shampoos, conditioners, body washes, soaps, and hand soaps, hair dryers.
Kitchen & laundry essentials: salt, pepper, spices, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry pods and dryer sheets,
Children gear: High chair, pack n play, outlet covers
Beach gear: Turkish beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, large beach ice cooler, corn hole, and kid and adult beach games.

Bella Vista OBX has been designed with you in mind as we want you to immediately feel relaxed when you walk in the front door. Tremendous attention to detail is being paid to the textures, color palette, and placement of every little detail in the house.

The layout of the house and the additional game room is perfect for families to gather and to separate when needed so you can have your own space.

The kids can hang out by playing pool or watching a movie on the first floor in the game room while Mom and Dad enjoy their favorite beverage up on the 3rd floor main deck, listing to the waves and taking in the endless blue ocean views.

There are so many outside and water activities here from surfing, kite surfing, foiling, sailing, boating, pier and deep sea fishing and more. It's so uncrowded here as well it's a dream. If you enjoy watching surfing, you'll have a great seat right from the living room, all the master bedrooms, and from your rocking chairs on the decks! The world famous Real Surf Shop is just 2 min away and teaches beginner to advanced surfing, kiting and foiling lessons.

HOUSE RULES

1. Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement and provide names and ages of all persons staying in the home. A Security Deposit hold of $1,000 is required to be processed on Guest's credit card. This security hold will need to be processed a week prior to check in, is in addition to your total costs, and is released about 10 days after checkout if there are no damages or excess cleaning costs. No unregistered guest are allowed. Additional guests will be charged at $100 per guest per night.

2. No smoking anywhere on property. If any of your guests smoke inside the house you will be charged a $750.00 Ozone cleaning fee.

3. No parties. If you host a party with unregistered guests you will be charged $100 per guest, a $750 additional cleaning fee, and will be evicted immediately.

4. No pets allowed. Sorry. If you bring a pet you will be charged $750.00 plus an additional $500.00 ozone and cleaning fee and will be evicted immediately.

5. Quiet time in between 10:00pm-7:00am.

6. No wet towels or wet clothing on the furniture.

7. External doors and sliders must remain closed while the AC is running. The units will freeze up and shut down, if doors are left open. Repairing an AC during the summer can take a week or more on the Outer Banks, and we don't want you to be without AC during your stay.

8. Toilet paper is the ONLY thing to be flushed down the Toilet.

9. No food or waste to be put in the kitchen sink drain. There is NO garbage disposal.

10. Please do not use the white towels to remove makeup. We provide makeup removal wash cloths for this. Makeup will stain the white towels and then we will have to charge you $35.00 per towel.

11. No Glitter/No Dye:Glitter is almost impossible to remove and will result in a $1,000 fine to cover excess cleaning. Do not use any temporary or permanent hair dye or other dye products in the rental. Evidence of dye will result in a $500 fine or more if damage occurs to sink, floors, carpets, etc. Primary contact is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay to abide by these rules.

HOT TUB RULES:

✴No glass near the hot tub area.
✴No diving or jumping into the hot tub.
✴Use the hot tub at your own risk.
✴Do not tamper with the hot tub controls.
✴Shower before entering the hot tub.
✴Keep the hot tub cover on when not in use.
✴Limit hot tub usage to a reasonable duration and temperature not over 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
✴Do not add any chemicals or substances to the hot tub.
✴No food or drinks allowed in the hot tub.
✴Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
✴Do not use the hot tub if you have open wounds or infections.
✴Report any issues or malfunctions with the hot tub to the property manager immediately.
