Room was very clean and staff was so nice! My kids and I used the pool outside, with only the small con of the pool being a bit dirty. Other than that wonderful place to stay!

The room was comfortable and staff were friendly. Complimentary breakfast was good. I come up to Santa Rosa during the fair and stay at a different place every year (downtown SR last year and Occidental the year before). Next year I will come back here.

Pros: the staff was pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, easy access to freeways, many restaurants and shops nearby, swimming pool. Cons: housekeeping is supposed to be done every other day; it was done once during my 6 night stay. Complementary breakfast had good variety but was primarily frozen foods such as French toast sticks, sausages, and potatoes, and the eggs seemed like powdered eggs. They also offered cereal, fruit, toast, bagels, oatmeal, and make your own waffles, which I didn’t try. Lastly, the AC in my room didn’t work very well, but it was also very hot during my stay.
