We have stayed at this property before. It switched to a Hilton and the changes are noticeable. The fire pits outside are not working per the staff to not passing a safety inspection. there was a handwritten sign on one of the entry doors because it slams shut instead of having the door repaired and they are now charging for parking. The cost of staying there has increased but there is nothing worth paying more for. We will look for a different hotel the next time we go to wine country.

Had a good stay here. Everything was clean. Ac worked good. Shower was awesome. They put the conditioner and shampoo in bottles in a dispersal locked device. Kinda wierd but worked for me. They have a nice bar downstairs in the evening. Very classy environment. I will stay here again for sure

Great place to stay near wine country
This is a modern, clean and spacious hotel with free parking and daily breakfast. Would highly recommend it for families, friends and business trips. The lobby wine bar is inviting and staff is friendly.

Did not have any free coffee or free breakfast. For the price, this should have been included. Also needed change for tip and the front desk couldn’t break $10. Staff was nice though. Especially check in woman. She sent me texts welcoming me and told me to text her if I needed help with anything.

A lobby without a coffee
For a 4 star hotel I was quite disappointed. There was no coffee in the lobby at all, and a bar with no staff until 5 pm. This wasn't the pampered stay I was hoping for. The pool was enjoyable and cold enough for a very hot day. Enjoyed it's proximity to the casino.

SoCo best hotel.
I have stayed in just about every Sonoma County hotel. This place deserves a top notch. From the front desk to the back patio it’s high class. A bit more money than Motel 6 but way worth it. They take care of you. Their beds are great. Pillows extra great. And service is 5 star. And it is literally half a mile from the Graton Casino.

We had issues with our stay the moment we checked in. We had book a King Bed and Sofa Bed. There were no sheets, pillows, or blankets in the room, when we arrived for the sofa bed. The phone did not work and I had to go in the hallway to call the front desk for assistance. The bathroom only had a trickle of water coming from the sink, we had to use the shower to get water to brush teeth and wash. The 2nd night the AC was not working in 100 degree temperatures during the day. We asked to have somwone look at it and they stated that there maintenance person was not working. After 2 hours of overheating we finally went down and said we needed a new room. We packed up and moved to the floor above. It was a major inconveniece and problamatic due to the excessive heat and no running water in the sink.

Came here for a quick stop to see my daughter, great room, beds were comfy, good size room, staff at front was just ok at greeting and bar area was nice but staff again was just ok. A little more friendly would have made my stay more enjoyable but over all I thought this place was nice. I would stay again.

We spent the night at your Hilton Hotel Centro Sonoma Wine Country in Rohnert Park Ca. On Saturday 9/21/24. The room was filthy, There were food spill stains on the wall under the TV. The bathroom faucet was loose wobbling and out of line. I could tell that it had been that way for quite a while. Since there were wear marks on the countertop from the faucet being out of line. The shower was missing a shelve and all that remained was the mounting hardware. The blackout screen for the window was ragged and worn and extremely difficult to operate. When we checked into the room there was a Coffee cup that had been used sitting on the floor next to the door and it was still there when we left the next morning. Does anyone periodically walk the halls to inspect the hotel? S security, cleanliness, etc? I explained this to the desk clerk when I checked out but it was obvious that she didn't know what to do about it. Maybe she was new or a trainie. She could have at least found a supervisor ect. For the price we paid to stay at your Hilton hotel, I was extremely disappointed and I will certainly be rethinking staying at this hotel or any other Hilton.
