Towels had a strange smell, does not smell fresh. The service desk was closed after midnight and they locked up the lobby. I was lucky that someone passed by so I was able to check in.

The walls in the rooms are all scuffed up, the shower tiles on the floor are rusty. It says you can order food and drinks but the person at the desk didnā€™t communicate well or understand that we were asking to order food. This hotel was way overpriced for poor communication, and rooms that looked like they need attention (paint, tiles in the shower replaced) very disappointing to end our last day of vacation.

They put me in a room that hadn't been cleaned from the prior person. Then they switched me to a room with no safe and the TV and Wifi not connected. Then they switched me back to the first room and left me standing there with my stuff locked in the last room. The constant sound of doors opening then slamming persisted throughout the night. People don't seem to know how to simply close a door.

If you book the single room, it is quite literally a bed and a shower and when the shower drain plugged and couldn't take a shower you only get 1/2 the value. Add to that the staff not willing to do anything about it.

LOVE this Hello Sky Hotel Room here at Rome Fiumicino Airport! It is an excellent choice for an overnight stay! The agent at reception was so wonderful & kind to us when we checked in. Our double room with a queen bed was super comfortable for a good nightā€™s rest after long haul flights traveling from Hawaii to Italy! And the convenience & location is incredible! All we had to do was walk from baggage claim in terminal 3 to get to this hotel. Took less than 5 minutes. This is a wonderful hotel and well worth the price we paid. We will definitely stay here again when weā€™re back in Rome! Oh and we had the most delicious marguerita pizza at Rosso Pomodoro in Terminal 1, just a couple minutes walk from the Hello Sky Hotel! For the dining options alone (even the hotel offers food at great prices!), we made the right choice to book this hotel.

This hotel is decent for a night stay before my early departure. The shower area could use a deep scrub cleaning where the dirt and soap buildup along the tile baseboards. The laminate floors in the living area also needs a good buff. It looks quite dirty.

The place is a hole. The shower was so filthy. I had to put a towel on the floor of the shower to have a shower. I got bites on my arms. It was just disgusting. There were damaged walls in the rooms with watermarks and just outside the elevator on the main level there was water dripping down on my husbandā€˜s head.
