We booked the cheapest room which was very small. The decor is bright and modern and I regret not choosing a bigger room

Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There was a few marks/blemishes on some of the furniture in the room. The shower also needs a little bit of maintenance with the fixings coming away from the wall and also the electrics at the top having a slight gap.

Basic room, comfortable bed. Walkable to most must see. It had a lift which was great, and the a/c worked great. My only complaint was how thin the walls must be, i could have actually carried on a conversation with other rooms. It was very startling in the night.

The location is great and easily walkable, and the price of the room was fair. The floor of the room we were assigned was quite dirty (as in, in need of a broom and mop). But the bed, sheets, and towels were fresh and clean. In terms of the condition of the room, it was obviously renovated but there was a lot of mold behind the bathroom mirror and some water damage around the bathroom door frame. The room was very humid and felt damp, especially at night, and the a/c was not very cooperative and did not address this issue. Small things however compared to how friendly and helpful the staff are, and again, the fantastic location/price of this hotel.

The place was a little smaller than I expected, but it was clean. You have to bring your own soap because what was provided was not nearly enough. Other than that is a very nice place to stay at. Will do it again.

The facilities were disappointing – there was mold in the bathroom, and the ceiling was leaking. For the price, I expected better. The room didn’t even have basic amenities like a kettle or cups. The walls were so thin that I could hear someone snoring throughout my stay as if they were in the same room. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, this isn’t the place. Every morning at around 8:30 AM, the cleaning staff starts their shift with a lot of noise, dragging furniture, knocking on doors, and even whistling, it’s like a singing earthquake, making it impossible to get any rest. The only positives were the convenient location and the friendly reception staff - All the ladies were exceptional!

I was a bit skeptical when I arrived at the door of the property. It’s is an old building with an old door. When I got in, I needed to find the lift or the stairs to get to the 2nd floor where the reception was. I was greeted by a very nice lady and she helped my check in easy. When I got into my hotel room, I was in awe. The room was very elegant and dainty. The sheets were clean and the beddings smelled fresh. The saying was indeed true, “Don’t judge the book by its cover.” The hotel is truly a hidden gem in the heart of Rome. It is only a few minute walk to the Valley I can too.

Orange hand prints and marks all over the walls. Beds not comfortable. Air conditioner broke and put water all over the floor, and on to our luggage underneath the bed. No laundry facilities. People were smoking in the stairway which resulted in our room smelling like they were smoking in our room. Unreliable internet. Could hear people in the other rooms quite clearly.

Sara was excellent the stay was wonderful. The location is perfect for our time in Rome. We did have an issue with the electric one night but my sister and another guest found the box to fix it. I wish we could have stayed there longer

Small is super small which wasn’t really a problem. The issue is the mold everywhere, the bathroom . AC very dirty Nd dusty , not really helping in Rome July heat. Place is OK if you are under budget and need somewhere to sleep . You get what you pay for. Otherwise close to all major sites and restaurants near by.
