Front staff was excellent, location is excellent, room staff and other staff was superb. Everything was good, only thing that is limited is Room Service amenities, however the mini bar was included and refilled multiple times over our 5 night stay. Another thing is that the Queen size bed is actually a real queen/double bed, and NOT two twin/single beds smashed together. So thankful for that. Jacuzzi in room was AWESOME. I highly recommend the Suites

Highly recommended! The staff was so helpful and friendly. It was our first time in Italy and we were so glad that we stayed here. From room accommodations to adjusting to our family’s needs, the staff was extremely helpful! Airport pick up was great service too! The breakfast was great! Loved the ambiance of the hotel as well!

The location and decor was top notch. Best spot to walk to all attractions and was away from the street vendors “pick pocket” areas. The room was great and the staff were exceedingly helpful and attentive. Only con was the noise from the room above which was an apartment not associated with the hotel.

The hotel room was as pictured. It felt clean and simple. The bed was comfy and the hotel employees were friendly. It's located in a good spot, next to convenience stores and even a small Roman ruin is right outside. Taxi and bus stops also right in front. Overall, I felt the hotel was great value. My only issue was that the power went out during our first night. The power was not cut back on until maybe the next evening, but we were out exploring all day anyway.

This was my most awful stay. Not sure why is called a hotel when is a guest house with no reception, telephone to contact, and the rooms are dirty and run down. They communication is done through WhatsApp. When you entered the property you first enter a parking lot, then a sign instructs you to go to the first floor (2nd floor in USA). When you arrive to the 1st floor is not a lobby is a desk. Then they tell you that your room is in a different building. The building is half a block away in an alley. NOT a hotel at all—is a guest house. I am wondering why Expedia accepts this! Will never stay here!

A wonderful stay from pre-arrival to departure. The staff was diligent in ensuring our reservation was confirmed and that they were ready for our arrival time. They helped explain all the features of the property. The property is well taken care of and easy walking distance to most of Rome’s major attractions. The staff were also great at helping you plan your activities or anything you needed. We will definitely be back!
