Our neighbours were extremely noise and disrupting which wasn’t great but when I compliant the hotel manager sort the situation out quickly. The lift is small as well as the size of the room. Location wise the hotel is great.

Great stay and slept 4 comfortably! The location was perfect to walk and see all the major attractions and enjoy the city. Very clean! WiFi was strong. Host was easily reached if there were any issues. Also there’s a doorman at the entrance for added security or questions.

Very nice room and safe neighborhood. Easy to walk to different places. Not a B&B since there is no breakfast offered. We went to Mozart Cafe for coffee and croissant. It is right outside the property.

This B&B is very close walk to the Vatican. Nadia, Karen and Marco were really nice, helpful and accommodating. They assist you from the moment you booked the B&B, reserving Transfer van from/to airport, locating the driver, check-in/getting in the B&B, recommending tours/restaurants, to check out. First class service from these 3 individuals. Had an awesome stay in Rome!

Late response to allow smooth check in, left standing outside building for 30mins under hot sun. Room condition is quite poor and small, aircon is almost non existence. The only saving grace is the warm service from the Philippine lady who make up our room and bring us breakfast. Technically this is not a hotel but rather more like an AirB&B. The location is good

B&B 94 Rooms Will Impress, and Will Keep Doing So!
This was our second stay at B&B 94 Rooms and, just as with our first, everything was very well managed. They organized the driver to pick all 6 of us up at the airport (WAY cheaper than taxis or public transport into the city for 6!) and to return us there at the end of our stay. Cesarina called the day of our trip to check on our arrival and met us at the hotel for check in. She and Marco took care of all of our needs and I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

The flat is located reasonably close to the Vatican. It is a good size basement flat. Hotel staff located in another block about 5-10 minutes away. Cleanliness 5/10. Working order but a bit tired. Dirty bedding and linen stuffed into a hall alcove from previous occupants,bit odd, toilet smells. We stayed for 1 week. Staff very helpful when we made contact, no complaints there.

Really a B&B, not a Hotel
Great location, and clean and safe place. My complaints were that it is really a very very basic B&B and not a hotel. There is no one on premise if you have any questions about the city, need directions or maps or need towels for your room, etc. They are there to check you in and then they are gone. There is NO MAID SERVICE. Room doesn't get cleaned and clean towels are changed every few days! When visiting a new country it would help if they did more than provide you with a room then disappear. The WiFi signal was almost non-existent. The location is perfect though. It's less than half a mile from the Vatican, but it looks more like an office building than a Hotel. If you just need a room with no frills then this is the place for you.
