The room and bathroom were beautiful! Bed very comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel’s restaurant Brunello was excellent for dinner. It gets a 4 instead of 5 because housekeeping knocked on our door at 10:50 pm to do turn down service! We were already in bed as we had to get up early for a flight the next day. And, we ran out of toilet paper - we only stayed one night, and there was not a full roll there. Unfortunate shortcoming from housekeeping.

The hotel exudes timeless elegance with its classic Italian style and modern comforts. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean. The staff were professional, warm, and attentive, making sure every need was met with a smile. The location is perfect, situated perfectly near a number of tourist spots.
