We cannot rate the shopping, dining, transport options as we did not use these or have need to look for them. As this is in the heart of Rome, parking will always be a challenge. Gladys helped us out whenever we needed and responded very quickly. This property effortlessly achieves its rating and it very well placed in Rome. We walked to Vatican City from this location, (bit of a hike) through the main tourist thoroughfare, stopping at a few significant sites on the way. The Colosseum is less than ten minutes walk. Colosseo Gardens is definitely worth considering for your stay. Mick from Australia.

The property is well managed. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The showers are small but that is the architecture of Rome. Overall, I loved the location and the fact that it was within walking distance of most popular areas.

This property is perfect if like us, you’re looking for a clean, safe, easily accessible place to stay. Gladys, the lady that oversaw everything was extremely friendly, very helpful and made our stay much more pleasant. She was on hand via a simple whats app message at pretty much any time (within reason). The accommodation itself was small but we didn’t need anything bigger as we were out most of the days. The cleanliness and amenities within the apartment were perfect. We chose this place as the colosseum was our main focus and this was a very short and pleasant walk through a park near the apartment. All other key attractions are either a metro away or a short taxi ride. Ubers are very accessible and reliable in Rome and the nearest metro (tube) is only a 10mins the walk and very easy to use! However, if you’re a keen walker nearly everything is also walking distance, some places can be up to an hours walk, but a very pleasant one if you’re not in a hurry and want to take in more history along the way!

Location was awesome! Literally steps, we can see colosseum. Metro is 10 mins walk, colosseum is less than that. The house was in a quiet neighborhood but very close to local coffee shops, grocery. Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore is 15 mins walk on another direction. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment has fridge, Microwave, a tiny washer but no dryer. The master bathroom is TINY! The staff was friendly and nice, We forgot our adapter for euro plug. The staff was very nice to provide one for our entire stay. Would definitely stay again!

The property was really convenient as it was walking distance to the colosseum. There was a supermarket and lots of restaurants nearby. The property was comfortable and good facilities. There was 2 good size bedrooms and bathrooms. The sofa bed was comfortable as well. The only problem was there was paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom but it was clean apart from that.

Fantastic stay. A little out of the way but quiet streets, great cafe/restaurant, grocery store. Close to main train terminal. Clean, spacious apartment. Perfect for family of 4 with adult children. 2 bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. Definitely recommend

It is in a great location, about a 5 minute walk to the coliseum and very close to the subway station so you are able to reach almost every location you want to visit in Rome. Also, there are plenty of very good cafes and restaurants nearby that are not overly touristy. Would definitely recommend.

Great apartment for families traveling together. Check-in online before flight to Italy, arrived a few minutes before the check-in time we had told them to expect us. Rang the door bell, and we were greeted warmly and checked-in in a few minutes. Staff explained the neighborhood, and how things worked inside the apartment. Very friendly and most helpful. A quick walk to the Colosseum, (walk down the hill, through the park). Lots of transport near by, with Metro stations, Tram, and buses everywhere. I would stay here again.

This property was very comfortable and clean the staff was helpful at all times. We loved the comfortable beds for our family of six. They helped coordinate airport transportation. Lots of food near by and metro lines.
