Beautiful and clean hotel located close to the Vatican. The staff were very helpful and kind. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and plentiful. It’s located on the 4th floor of a condo complex and the elevator is very small and claustrophobic. That was the only negative for me.

It was good stay. Unfortunately, there was no hot water due to city's gas maintenance, but it was out of the hotel's control. It was also convenient to two metro stations, but neither has an elevator.

This hotel was great! When we arrived they upgraded our room. It is very clean and spacious (we had the largest suite). The individuals in the front desk helped us with directions, recommendations and they also helped us find tours. It is a great place to stay for the price and location!

Location was great. Rooms were lovely and very spacious. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Even loaned us an umbrella when rain was forcast. Safe in room and sky TV though the English speaking channels were limited. Great hotel would highly recommend

Fantastic hotel in Rome
This place is fantastic, the staff are so freindly and helpful. The rooms are very modern and very clean and the bed is really comfortable. Having breakfast included was a bonus and very good too. I unfortunately had a different hotel booked for my 2nd night in Rome and it was more money with no breakfast and not a patch on this hotel. This is amazing value for money, I would highly recommend!

What an amazing hotel!!!
Fantastic stay! Amazing boutique hotel, the staff couldn’t do enough for you which made the whole trip even more special! In a great location 100% worth it. I wouldn’t want to stay in different hotel ever again definitely not a 3 star hotel, I’ve stayed in 4 and 5 stars that aren’t as good as this. The only small criticism I had is the breakfast could have had a larger range of hot food e.g sausages, beans, bacon. But still a very good breakfast was had.

Great location to get around
It was a great location, close to the subway, the Vatican and bus service. It’s also located in a great neighbourhood with good restaurants. It was nice to be able to get away from the crowds! The staff was very nice and helpful! We would return!

Nice hotel that's 10-15 minutes walk to St.Peter's
The hotel is exactly as advertised. If it's your fist time in Rome this is a nice hotel to stay in. It's approximately 10-15 minutes away from St. Peter's Basilica and close to train and bus line. It's not your typical hotel because the entrance is on the 4th Fl of the building you have to press the buzzer to get in and take the elevator to the 4th fl. (a bit difficult if you have a lot of luggage) The room was as seen on their advertising, very clean and spacious. The air conditioning was wonderful with the hot summer weather. Rosa at the front desk was very helpful and answered all our questions about directions. Overall it was an excellent stay! Will definitely recommend and return to this hotel!

Great hotel!! The location is great. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and modern. Bathroom shower was so cool! The water came down from the ceiling and it had great water pressure. Breakfast was included and it was delcious. There was a great selection. The wifi was also great!!

Amazing hotel tucked away on a quiet street
I stayed one night only in this beautiful hotel but could have stayed a week! Beautifully designed with lovely friendly staff, it is unlike anywhere else I stayed on this trip to Europe. Picked up by Allessandro the lovely driver and dropped to the door I had the best night's sleep of my 10 day trip. Walking to St Peter's Basilica the next morning through the leafy streets of the neighbourhood was a joy. I can't recommend the hotel highly enough.

Good Value for the Price
Only stayed one night at FM. The hotel is a good value for the price. The location was a negative for me, not a lot within close walking distance. But overall the room was clean and comfortable.
