The hotel location is just perfect. My room was really clean and spacious. I enjoyed the breakfast everyday. The area around the hotel has got nothing to do with the hotel. Generally, central parts of every city is busier than usual and of course a tad dirty. There is a security guard at the entrance and even the area has so many policemen around. I am a solo traveller and I didn't feel unsafe at all

The staff was excellent. The elevator is frustratingly slow and the electrical plug fried my adapter and tripped the fuse, twice. they apologized and told me the other rooms didnā€™t have that problem, and gave me a replacement adapter.

Hasan, the front desk clerk was nice and accommodating. The room was extremely hot inspite of the heater being turned off. Had to open the window to cool off and made the room smelled bad. The bathroom sink faucet was not easy to use. A weak senior wonā€™t have the strength to turn it on. The surrounding is sketchy. Scary and strange characters were all over the place most especially at night. The hotel is not recommendable for a lone female traveller.

A fabulous hotel
A wonderful hotel in a great location. Super convenient to Termini and bus lines. The breakfast wax excellent and staff are friendly and very helpful. My room was lovely and spacious and was cleaned daily to the highest standard. I reallt enjoyed my stay here and wouldnā€™t hesitate to stay here again.
Plenty of variety - fruit, cereal, eggs, yoghurt, salad, cold cuts, coffee.

The property is great, its a pity that the location had too many homeless people around and we were advised that is was okay to walk around but to keep a watchfull eye on our processions and not to use the ATM at night

We were given a very room well below our booked size. Believe is the smallest room on that floor. Was told hotel was full and no bigger room available. Showed them our booked room pictures and info and was told picture info not correct. Those pictures were from a higher grade room. Wonder who provided those pictures! The room size was wrong, way too small. Now does not allow me to add photo....

The property is very close the train terminal which was very convenient for getting around. Though this location means it was very busy and noisy on the street, which echoes into the rooms of an evening. We did not sleep well due to the constant noise of the street and locals shouting. The surrounding area in not a nice part of town. The hotel has a problem with their hot water system- the shower temperature is luke warm at the best of times and constantly changes temperature between warm and cold.

Way to expensive for what it cost us. Reasonable room, nice staff, handy location but no way worth what we were charged. In another place now, half the price, slightly better.
