The hotel is a nice hotel and the surrounding area is great. The staff were nice but not all of them when we checked in the staff was so helpful the guy helped us with our late check in but when we checked out the staff were a little rude. Over all it was a good stay. Note make sure to check on your breakfast if it’s included we were told it was included when we checked in and asked twice when we checked out they say it was not and ended up paying for it.

It seems the hotel was under construction. The room situation was awful: the wall was cracked and there were several hole on the walls, there was no door for the closet, and the shower door couldn’t be opened properly and needs to be fixed. Also, there were no complimentary bottles of water in the room. The hotel is definitely not a four star hotel!

The staff were helpful, but it was very frustrating that I couldn't pay the taxes at checkout with Apple Pay. The hotel really needs to update its payment system. Additionally, the door to my room was loose and rattling because the door frame was damaged. The elevator was very old and slow, making it inconvenient to stay on the upper floors.

We had a really plesant stay at this hotel. Unfortunately the staff that checked us in were quite rude and unhelpful, however the reception staff the day after, the porter and cleaning staff redeemed our faith in the staff team as they were lovely! Breakfast was fairly basic but many options.
