A really great property- close to everything , restaurants especially, service was outstanding Breakfast was good, not great, beds and pillows too firm for us but high quality. Had 1 dinner , sat outside and was very good. Restaurant recommendations were both outstanding! Would stay here again!

Great Staff!
We had amazing stay and can’t wait to go back! It was our 30th Wedding Anniversary and we got a beautiful and unexpected up grade! The staff was attentive, professional and kind! Very well trained! The hotel was in a great location and staff is very friendly. We did notice that when we ate breakfast at the hotel, the staff was very unorganized and did not seem to know what they were doing. They seemed lost and overwhelmed. But overall we had a good stay.

The staff was so friendly to us and so helpful. My wife and I came for our honeymoon and had excellent service. Everyone was so kind to us, even with us speaking very little Italian. We will definitely stay at the Grand Hotel Palace again some day!

I didn’t like the hotel. The area was kind of dirty. A hotel is outdated .carpets in the hallways aren’t very clean. The bathroom didn’t have adequate window covering so the building across The rooms Across the alley could completely see you while you’re showering. We had to shower with the lights off. I could see in their rooms with the lights on so they could definitely see in our bathroom with our light on . the hotel is outdated and they have carpeting in the hallways. It’s really like a mishmash. It’s not very nice.
