The property is easy to find and the area around it its great, lots of great stores and restaurants. Very walkable to the main attractions. However, we never saw any staff members and the cleanliness wasn't the best. Keep in mind the elevator is VERY small only fits 2 people and if you have big luggage only one person fits. Check in and check out is very easy and the communication with them via email is pretty smooth.

Our stay was great! Place was in the heart of everything and close to everything !! Room was clean, even though the reception was only there from 9-6, I was able to communicate with them about our needs and they were prompt to answer. They were attentive. Also they provide shuttle service which is very convenient. Only complaint i had was since it is in the heart of everything, you can hear people screaming outside and you can hear construction outside since they are repairing the building next door. But other than that we had a great stay!!

The location was great, however, the unit was less desirable for the money we paid. Both bathrooms leaked. The pics on the website look way better than it actually was in person. The transportation and check-in service was good.

Great location and Room
After a few hiccups with our room number due to our late arrival on a Sunday night we were more than happy with the room. Great location right on via del Corso, so lots of shops and amenities around us. Great access to food, sights and major attractions with good walks to everywhere we needed to go. Front of house staff were excellent, rooms serviced daily, good sized room, quiet even though we were on the front, small lift is always a bonus as well. Very happy.

Our room was a large 2bedroom suite and we had a lot of room. The staff was wonderful and helpful! There is so much shopping and so many restaurants in the area which is all very walkable. Not too far from the Colosseum or Vatican or Trevi Fountain. It seems we were pretty centrally located. The elevator is very small and slow, so we climbed the stairs except when moving our luggage. The only issue we had was our coffee maker didn't work and they weren't able to get us a replacement during our short 2 night stay. Very small property with only 10 rooms, so the staff is attentive and welcoming. They also have a car service that picked us up at the airport, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay there again.

Apartment was in a very good location. A very short walk to Spanish steps & To Trevi Fountain. 2 streets away from the most amazing shopping & plenty of Restaurants. Close also to Metro, so not too difficult to navigate around the City of Beautiful Rome.

This was our third time staying here. The amenities have been cut way back. As an example. No Facial Tissues, water was limited. Bath amenities were scant. The hand soap were like big M and M’s. No hand or body cream. In the past all the amenities were great. Don’t think we will return next year!!!

Alessandra was incredible. We loved the room so much. It's old time Italy with brand new bathroom and delightful shower. The services were amazing. We were there when hurricane Helen was flooding our home. At very late hours, Alessandra immediately called us to see how to help. You will love this location and the walking to all the most beautiful land marks in Italian history. Restaurants and shops.

The images under the Deluxe Room category are misleading, as they appear to show a mix of different rooms as that specific category. We stayed in a room on the 4th floor, which required additional steps and had wooden beams. The room was quite dark, with poor lighting and a very small window. While it was spacious, the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. The sink faucet has significantly more pressure than the shower, and due to the shape of the sink, water splashes everywhere. I was getting ready to go out and ended up soaking the entire bottom half of my outfit. There was noticeable mold buildup in the shower, and when I turned on the water, it started floating around. We also had an issue where the water wasn’t draining and started to pool, got as high to cover my feet but the staff resolved it the following day. Unfortunately, the water pressure and temperature were inconsistent throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our visit, which was particularly frustrating since I had work to do. Despite trying to connect with various devices, the internet was never available. The hotel suggested we unplug to rest, but this wasn’t helpful given that we needed to stay connected. On a positive note, the location is excellent, with plenty of shopping and attractions within walking distance. This place is suitable for a short stay of 1 to 2 nights. The staff member who checked us in and out was the friendliest person we encountered in Rome.

The positives were that it was in the heart of nice shopping, walkable to many sites such as Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, coffee maker in the kitchen, Receptionist (Alassandra) was kind and helpful. The negatives: we knew there was an elevator, however, we were not made aware that it stopped one floor below our apartment so we had to carry luggage up and around a winding staircase, one of the bedrooms and bath were not air conditioned very well which forced two people to sleep on sofas in the living room (it was exceptionally hot temps in the 90's), stingy with toilet paper (we ran out).Took too long to get hot water in one of the showers. And they had arranged transportation for us with one of their drivers from the cruise port back to the hotel but he never showed up and Allassandra could not get him to respond. Once we knew for sure he was not coming, it took us almost two hours to get another driver which was stressful since we had a tour booked and paid for to visit Vatican City. We made it in the nick of time.
