The property was great it was in a good location the view was amazing. The downfall is the area around the property was extremely dirty. There was trash everywhere, I was afraid to walk on the beach barefoot as there was so much trash and broken glass. There was also a lot of remodeling going on and lots of wall banging early in the morning. The staff was not on site and the communication was done all via the WhatsApp. They were very prompt but I never met anyone in person.

We had an excellent time at this guest house. The way to open the gate and apartment door was a little tricky to figure out at first but you get sent a link and then you press the door bell and click on the button to the door on your phone. Once you get it figured out it’s easy. We were one minute late while checking out and the link no longer worked to exit the property gate so make sure you give yourself some time to get out before the link expires. The room was clean and nice and had a great view. The WiFi was excellent and very fast. The communication with the staff was great we used WhatsApp. Just know if you book a ride from the airport you will need to pay the driver when he drops you off. I misunderstood and thought that the staff would pay them and we would just get it charged to the room. But he accepted my card with a 5€ extra charge so it was fine. There’s tons of things to do nearby and everything is so easily walkable. Such a beautiful city and everything is so close to the room! Also, it’s a private room in a shared apartment with other guests but you get a key to your own room and then you share a dining area. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Ostia! We loved it and had an amazing time.

We had a fantastic short stay. The bed was comfortable and plenty of bedding was available.The room was clean and the shower was great. There was plenty of hot water and great pressure. The staff were excellent about communicating and making sure that everything was going well. It is self check-in and the staff made sure that we were successful at getting in. Once inside keys were provided for entry which was appreciated as I have been having trouble with my internet connection. The location is great and close to several restaurants, bus stops nearby and the property was very easy to find. We would definitely stay here again.

The Guest House Maison 6 was a unique treasure in Ostia, Rome, Italy. It is blocks away from three beaches. Noemi was very helpful in every aspect of our stay at the Guest House Maison 6.

So the website said "free shuttle service to and from the airport" however we had to pay $30 and we didn't even use the service. The "Guest House" is just a room in an old apartment with no use of the kitchen and no staff is present.

Brilliant stay Noemi was lovely and very helpful. stayed to relax the night before flying back to London. Location was perfect restaurants and beech walking distance. Room and shower and kitchen area was very clean. I would most defiantly stay there again.

Great location, near beach and FCO airport.
You rent a room in a large apartment, yet it wasn't noisy at all. This is a great location, only a block from the beach. The staff was amazing. They recommended great restaurants, arranged transportation our very early transportation to the airport, and offered to arrange beach and spa access. Noemi's English is wonderful. This was a great rental.
