In summary, Finding the hotel - I walked from T3. At one point the signs to ā€œHotelā€ ended. I had to hope I was heading in the right direction. I did not feel safe as it was not well lit. This could be improved for everyoneā€™s safety. Check in - too long and too complicated. I arrived late at night 10.30pm and there was a large queue. Maybe put on more staff to get people checked in quickly?? Managers should be looking at this and assisting staff in this. Room - lovely and comfortable. Very clean. Breakfast - amazing choice. Friendly staff.

This Hilton doesnā€™t have a problem that a complete make-over and new staff wonā€™t fix. The guy who checked up in seemed like heā€™d rather be digging a grave in the rain than doing his job. The hotel is worn and tired. I know itā€™s an airport hotel but whoever is running it for Hilton could at least pretend to make an effort.

We stayed here the day before we were flying out the airport in Roma because it was only a 10 minute walk to the terminal. It didn't disappoint, quality Hilton property and a good restaurant. I would stay here again.

The hotel was wonderful. It was very crowded with all types of travelers. The front desk staff was very professional and courteous. The room was in great condition. The bed was very comfortable. I did not hear any airport noise. It was extremely convenient to walk to the airport. A very safe and quick walk. I highly recommend this airport for people catching an early flight out in the morning. It is not the best hotel to stay in if you are trying to get into the city.
