If you have room 305 then the bathroom toilet will not flush completely. There are ants by the windows crack & the AC didn’t work. Nice place to walk around the area though.

This hotel is near the train station and we had to check in at one location and then walk to our next location. It all worked out, but the check in process was stressful. That being said, we enjoyed our stay and always felt safe and secure. No breakfast, but their coffee station was delicious and much appreciated. The hotel had everything we needed and was clean. Our luggage came three days late and they delivered our luggage to us. We were so happy! All in all, it was a great stay.

Budget option close to Termini, well connected
Great budget option if being near the main train station is important to you. The actual hotel is a nearby 2-star Hotel Sky, next to the metro station Vittorio Emanuele and 6-7 minutes on foot from the Roma Termini main railway station. The neighbourhood is okay and felt safe. The bed was okay, clean sheets and clean towels every day. Free coffee and pastries in the morning. We left our luggage in the room for free after check out. Cleaning the floor and the shower more often is needed. There was an electricity issue during our stay that got quickly fixed. The power outlets are not the easiest to work with, but do work. The wifi was okay for messaging, but nothing more. TV was practically useless (satellite TV with only few channels, no remote). If you're on a budget and need to stay close to Termini, do not spend time in the hotel and are okay with a 2-star hotel, this could be an option for you.

I booked the Hotel Filippo and upon arriving was told I was actually staying in another hotel, Hotel Sky, a pretty far walk from the original and much further from Termini. I only booked Filippo for its proximity to Termini. I took this up with the owner who merely laughed it off and acted like I had not said anything. Halfway through my stay, the air conditioner quit working. I tried to call with the phone in my room but it did not work. There wasn't even a dial tone and after dialing the number nothing ever happened. I had to jump through hoops to get my air conditioner fixed as there was never anyone on the property.

Short break to Rome
For the price it was okay taking into account your only there for a short period of time. Its more of an apartment rather than a hotel with little facilities. Good location very close to the main train terminal and metro line.

Good room for good price.
Mostly everything was great. Room was cleaned up everyday. Only thing that was mediocre was he wifi connection. It was so bad that I used my data instead.

Near Termi Train station. 10 minute walk
Very small elevator up 7-8 stairs from ground level. They have rooms in several buildings, so before you drag your bags up to the 2nd floor checkin, find out if you are in the right building. Hot water had been turned off, but was turned on within an hour from when we called. TV did not work all the time. Staff with limited English.

Wonderful hidden gem
The hotel is very close to the metro stn Vittorio Emanuel from here one can go to Vatican, colosseum with etc. in fact we were given two rooms, the group owns three hotel, after reaching Filippo we were accommodated in hotel sky roma. The breakfast is good and 24hr coffee is an addon. Overall had a nice stay here.
