The hotel is conveniently located at Piazza Pantaleo with easy access to taxis right infront the hotel’s doorstep. One minute walk to Piazza Navona. And Pantheon, Trevi Fountain is walkable as well as Campo de Fiori. Excellent hotel location.

Nice hotel in a great location
I stayed in Rome by myself for a few days in between other trips. The hotel building is quite old but in good condition and the bathroom looked recently renovated. The location is perfect for walking around the Centro Storico and other sites are not a far walk away or accessible by bus. Staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in. The breakfast is basic continental but good.

Hotel Primavera is in a prime location for exploring Rome. It's super close to Campo De Fiori, Piazza Navona, bus stops, and amazing food spots. You can easily walk to the Pantheon or head to the Vatican, Foro Romano, or Trastevere in just a few minutes. The hotel is really comfortable, with a lift (and no steps) to get to the rooms, and the staff are really friendly.

Our first trip to Rome started off as a disaster, the advantages of booking this hotel is that it is close to all the popular sites and restaurants, the neighborhoods are wonderful, however I would not recommend this hotel if you are planning on visiting during the summer, we are from Florida so we are use to the hot weather but when we visited it was uncomfortable for us, with not propper or working A/C. I read the reviews after booking this hotel and I know it's 2 start hotel, but your guest should be comfortable when they come in to rest, and that for me is lower than 2 stars. We lost our luggage at the airport and I must commend Daniel for being kind and generous for offering to call the airport for us! And also lending us a US adapter. Thank you so much!

I begin mention Alexa , the young lady who checked us inn. She listened to our needs and deliver a basket for breakfast before we begin our tour 3 times , thanks Alexa . The hotel is near all the attractions and sightseeing we went , collesseum , Trevi fountain , forum… also there was a taxis right at hotel . The hotel also arrange a taxis to pick us up at the airport. Thanks Primavera for making my family vacation so street free.

Daniel made us feel welcome each time we came back in evening. The other employees at breakfast and front desk were friendly and helpful. The area was easily walkable with lots of restaurants options. Taxi stand right out front was nice too.

There was a variety of fruits for breakfast every morning, including oranges, tangerines, apples, bananas, apricots, plums, kiwis, and nectarines. Cherry tomatoes were also available. There were two juice options: orange and pear.

honestly I hesitated before booking this hotel because of some negative reviews.. but it was a very positive experience. 1.I believe the hotel is an apartment building with a couple of floors converted to a hotel. the building is old from the 1800s..rooms are fair size.. 2. hotel is very clean 3.Staff is super friendly and helpful 3. location is A 4.There's a taxi stand and bus stop just outside the hotel 5. breakfast is basic but sufficient.. 2 types cold cuts.. cheese.. pastries.. yogurt.. freshly made hot drinks (cappuccino etc..).. fresh fruits.. no eggs or cooked breakfast 6.would definitely stay again and recommend

The only downside is that there is live music on the street pretty much every night until 11 pm. It can be a bit loud, if you plan to go to sleep earlier than 11. An interior room facing the courtyard would be quieter.

One really never knows what a place will be like but….We absolutely loved it at Hotel Primavera. The staff was very personable and informative. The breakfast was perfect for us. The room was quite adequate and very clean and comfortable for sleeping. Some may not like street/music sounds but it didn’t bother us. We enjoy the sounds of life and joy. It was in a great location for walking to many historical and top rated sites to see in Rome. There were 2 piazzas nearby and many restaurants to choose from. Loved the elevator too.

Wonderful hotel in center of city, everything within walking distance. Bathroom is tiny and rooms are on 5th floor, but there is an elevator. Lovely staff and great breakfast included to start the day.
