When first walk in the hallways had water dripping from ceilings so had to be careful from falling down, but I fell I. The stairs since floors were very slippery. Room was so small that we had to put our bags on the floor and when came back my clothes were wet from water coming from AC direct to my bags, then I was offer a worst room (like a landfall) from AC system! And not for free but with a discount! I had to move to another hotel and for my clothes I had to pay 60 Euros for washing and no refunds from property owner

We had a great time at this place. Aside from the room size and intermittent wifi, the room itself is comfortable and both William and Carlo made sure our stay was a pleasant one. The intercontinental breakfast is quite hearty and the location is about 25 minutes away from the Spanish Steps and 35 minutes away from Fontana Trevi. For it's price point and location, this would be a great place for those who are budget-minded.

When you arrive don’t panic it doesn’t look like a hotel at all. In fact there’s just a sign on the wall and you have to ring a bell and they buzz you in because you get a code to come in and out but once you’re inside, it’s got so much charming personality. There’s a super old elevator, which is fun, it looks like two buildings have been joined together, so things aren’t exactly on the same level. The service was wonderful. The people were kind. The room was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. A nice breakfast served. I would highly recommend this place and even though the kind of out of the way, 20 minute walk and we were right in the heart of fact, it was 20 minutes till like Trevi fountain, and 10 minutes , it was wonderful. I wish I could.

Property is rustic which was a good feel for Rome. Can’t say enough about the staff! So helpful with taxi and information and the provided breakfast was very good with local foods as well as cereals etc. water was supplied to our room and beds were top notch!

Our experience was very pleasant. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and well equipped. The checkin instructions were emailed to us on our checkin day and were so easy to follow! 15 mins walk from termini station.

This property is convenient in that it is super close to the train station, has an elecator for luggage, and is close to a metro stop. The room was small but serviceable. Check in time is limited, so we never spoke to our host, but easy to communicate with on Whatsapp. Be sure to check your email for instructions before you get there so you can get in the building. Amazing restaurant located right there.

Excellent service. Clean. Breakfast was AWESOME! I expected maybe some packaged muffins, but there were proteins, pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, juice, hot chocolate, coffee... Etc. The building is located on a quiet street and the window faces a small courtyard, so it's exceptionally quiet. The guy running the place is SOOO helpful. We got a map and he sat down for 15 minutes showing us where everything was, which trains/busses we needed to take and which areas are dangerous at night etc. If you're coming from North America, you may not be used to this, but the bed only has sheets, no blankets. We could only find one outlet set under the tv, so if you need to power a fan by your bed or anything like that you might need an extension cord. The AC works great! It's just a few minutes from the bus stop. We walked from the train station, which was about 20 minutes but if you have luggage, I recommend splurging for a taxi as the sidewalks aren't smooth.

Room was really nice and clean. The staff was great. Breakfast included a variety of breads, meats and cheeses, yogurt, juice, a coffee machine, and fruit. The breakfast room was clean and I loved being able to have breakfast until 11:30 am. This place is a great value with comfortable beds, a/c and I would definitely return.
