We enjoyed the stay at this guest house. Our suite was nice and confortable. Breakfast was great and it was the perfect location to rest after a long day. We had a car so commute was not bad and the staff was very friendly.

Highly Recommend!!!
Absolutely beautiful!! This place amazed us! We stopped in Rome from Florence for our final night before our flight back to the states and didnā€™t want to go into Romeā€™s city center. Our room was enormous with a separate living room. It was an easy walk to some fantastic restaurants too. It was the perfect place to enjoy our last day. I wish we could have stayed here another day just to relax by their pool.

The so called luxury suite didn't have a shower and the ceiling over tub was just 4'. You cant stand and take shower with hand shower. The whole suite was squeezed in an attic area with very low ceiling. Sheets and bed quite ordinary and not looking fresh and clean. Some of the lights didn't work and was not kept in good condition. Nearest transit was a bus and not metro and that was good 15 min walk but hotel staff said just 5 mins walk. It was good 1 hour and 40 mins to get to city center and attractions from the hotel.

Lovely rooms, staff and amazing breakfast. Booked this room so my family could enjoy the pool and outdoor area prior to flying back home but were unable to due to all the mosquitoes. I had over 15 bites in 5 minutes

Great place, Raphaella is top rated host, very friendly, courteous and very helpful. Their guest house is very very nice. Highly recommend but need transportation to get to it.

Spacious room and gracious host. There was a lift inside the guest house to help bring up luggage to the upper floors. It was a perfect one night stay to relax by the pool before flying out the next morning!
