Comfortable stay in lovely house
We spent a very comfortable week in this lovely house. Alfonso, the owner, was a great host and was always responsive and helpful. The area where the house is located seems undiscovered but very beautiful and remains unspoilt by tourists. A day trip to Rome was very easy via a nearby railway station (ā‚¬6 return). We are a family of 5, with three teenage/20's sons. We enjoyed the pool and ate all of our meals on the spacious balcony. The only things that could have been better were the coffee machine, which would only make a max of 2 cups at a time, and also there were no baking trays for cooking in the oven. We would definitely go back to Alfonso's house if we were visiting this area of Italy again.

Beautiful villa with amazing hosts
Wonderful house, clean and well furnished. Lovely pool with ample garden furniture. The grounds were stunning. Alfonso and his family were just lovely, very welcoming and responded to messages immediately. Thank you for a wonderful holiday :) xx

Wir waren eine Woche mit Fam. in diesem Domizil. Als Villa/ Ferienhaus beschrieben- mussten wir feststellen, dass es sich nur um die obere Whg. im Haus- indem der Gastgeber mit Fam.selber lebt, handelt. Die Frau des Gastg. begrĆ¼ĆŸte uns, nach lƤngerer Wartezeit, kurz angebunden- knappe Einweisung, ganz wichtig MĆ¼lltrennung und weg war sie. Und dann gab es keinen Tag wo irgend was nicht funktionierte- Abfluss verstopft, SpĆ¼lmaschine kaputt, Duschschlauch- gerissen, Couch-RĆ¼ckenlehne gebrochen und dermaƟen abgelebt usw.. Fazit: Die Whg. in der Villa ist bestĆ¼ckt mit Mƶbeln und Utensilien, die ihre Zeit lƤngst hinter sich haben- die der Gastg. ausrangiert hat. Die SZ- unbequeme quietschende Betten- SchrƤnke die mit Sachen des Gastg. gefĆ¼llt sind. Die KĆ¼che, schlecht ausgestattet- Whg. fĆ¼r angebl. 9 GƤste geeignet- mit 4 Messern und viel zu wenig Geschirr, verbeulten Pfannen und uralten Kochutensilien. Terrasse, Lagerort fĆ¼r altes GerĆ¼mpel und die Bestuhlung, dermaƟen unbequem-und auf Stuhlkissen mit Schimmelflecken-will man auch nicht sitzen. Der Gastg. wurde Ć¼ber kaputte, nicht funktionierende ZustƤnde informiert- Abfluss-Duschschlauch wurde repariert aber das warā€™s dann auch. Der Abreisetag-hatte extra angefragt ob wir spƤter die Whg verlassen kƶnnen- schriftl.Aussage-kein Problem. FrĆ¼h 8Uhr wurde dies dann revidiert und es blieb bei 10Uhr. Niemand kam zur Ɯbergabe Wir mieten oft HƤuser/Whg.-aber sowas Gastunfreundliches habe ich noch nie erlebt. Viel Geld fĆ¼r SCHEIN bezahl

Nous avons fini nos vacances Italiennes par ce logement. Il est conforme Ć  l'annonce, il y a une belle piĆØce de vie. Le cadre y est trĆØs agrĆ©able et la piscine bien entretenue. La communication avec l'hĆ“te est trĆØs facile et rapide, c'est un vrai confort !

Vackert hus med underbar pool
Vi hade en hƤrlig vecka i Lariano. Vackert hus, hƤrlig pool, perfekt med fotbollsplan fƶr 12 Ƅringen. Det fanns vingƄrdar, restauranger och saker att se i nƤrheten. Man mƄste ha bil. Alfonso och hans familj hƶll sig fƶr sig sjƤlva men hjƤlpte till med tips pƄ restauranger och om behov uppstod. Huset och trƤdgƄrden Ƥr finare Ƥn bilderna. Jag kan absolut tƤnka mig att ƄtervƤnda!

Ruhige Ferien mit viel Entspannung
Das Haus und die Wohnung sind genau wie dargestellt. Platz ist genug vorhanden, so dass man sich auch mal zurĆ¼ckziehen kann. Die Lage ist gĆ¼nstig wenn man die Region erkunden mƶchte. Der Pool war super! Nicht ganz so schƶn ist die Bestuhlung auf der Terrasse, die zur Wohnung gehƶrt. Wir haben uns kaum getraut diese zu benutzen, da die Stuhlbeine immer nach hinten weggingen - sehr weiches Plaste + die Hitze. GrundsƤtzlich ein schƶnes Objekt um Ferien zu machen

Sehr nett fĆ¼r uns leider mit Abstriche
Netter ort und freundlicher Gastgeber. Perfekt um rom zu erkunden. Man ist in 35 min mitten in Rom mit dem Zug. Wohnung ist schƶn. Hier gibt es viel Platz. Leider als wir da waren war das wasser grĆ¼n im Pool. Der gastgeber hat dann wasser zur hƤlfte weggemacht. Deswegen kƶnnten wir den nicht benutzen. das war nicht in Ordnung hƤtte man bevor wir kamen machen kƶnnen. Wlan funktioniert in der Wohnung nicht so gut, Ansonsten war alles andere super.
