The area in which the hotel is located is centrally located to many historical sites restaurants and shopping. The staff went out of their way to make our stay easy and comfortable. They provided tips about dinning and attractions. The building is unique and the rooms have interesting architectural features like huge windows with wooden shades and ceilings painted with scroll work. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a coffee maker, a fridge and a Turkish bath. Breakfast was wonderful.

Great Place - more like a BnB than a hotel
My friend and I had a really nice stay and would recommend this place to others wanting a good location in Rome for sightseeing and shopping. This place is not a hotel in the general sense, but to us, it didn't make much of a difference. Make sure upon booking that you are able to review the video they send you that tells you how to check in. Access is granted through interaction with your phone to unlock the front door to the building, door to the second floor where the suites are, and door to your room. The link to that video was broken for me and I was unable to review it. We arrived late in the evening not knowing how to check-in. It all worked out and they were accessible to help us with patience necessary to make the check-in less stressful. Had I reviewed the video, check-in and getting into our room would have been a breeze. That said, if you want the experience of a typical hotel, this is not the place for you. The rooms have a steam shower combo unit, which is cool. It's a small space for two people, but doable. The front desk attendant is there from 8AM - 6PM, and they are really helpful and nice. They gave us great recommendations for shopping and rooftop experiences. They communicate and stay connected through WhatsApp, so become familiar with that if you aren't already.

Best hotel stay on our entire Italy trip! Our concierge Chiara was great. The staff are friendly and the room was STUNNING. Super convenient walking distance to ALL of sites and the antique elevator was adorable. The room was immaculate, so beautiful and the bathroom was so amazing and unexpected! Two thumbs up. Fine holiday fun. Will be staying here every Rome trip!

No es un hotel, es como un Airb&b, las habitaciones están en un piso de un edificio, está bien ubicado, la persona que está en el da en recepción es amable. PERO SI HAY ALGUNOS PEROS. Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente, un día tardaron 2 horas y nunca salió agua caliente hadta que nos cambiaron de cuarto. Al día siguiente también tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente pero esta ves solo tardo como 15 minutos en arreglarse. El desayuno incluido, hay que ordenarlo un día antes y no es muy bueno. Hay mucho ruido de la calle incluso te ofrecen tapones de oídos. En resumen no me volvería a quedar ahí creo para lo que cuesta hay mejores.

The neighborhood in Rome surrounding this hotel is great for clothes shopping. It is well positioned away from the busy tourist areas but still has easy access to the beat spots in Rome. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The bathroom could use a better shower but the bathtub is nice.

It is an absolute gem. An amazing room, fanatastic facillities. Elina receptionist was outstanding. She was so helpful . It is in a great location and we would have loved to have stayed more than one night Bed so comfy, coffee machine snacks available, wine . We had a sauna and spa bath. Perfect for our city break…
Wonderful hotel, beautiful room, great central location and friendly staff. In particular Elena who was amazing. We found it walkable to all the sites, with great food right around the corner. We are hoping to go back again!
