This is an AirBNB
This is not a hotel or a guest house. These are suites in residential buildings. They’re AirBNB. No room cleaning between days, no offer to change towels, not even enough toilet paper. No front desk to ask for help in getting neighbours to be quiet late at night. No taxis allowed to drive in this area so you’re walking in and out with your bags. As a VIP member we were supposed to have a bottle of wine waiting - we had to ask for it, and then it was dropped off without notification of room entry. Floors need cleaning. Lights above the bath are loose and flash like a strobe. Kitchen walls have food splashes. And these are not “hot tubs”, they’re bathtubs. The owners are quite nice and good with communication but you have to organize an exact meeting time which can be hard when travelling. In all, the establishment advertisement is misleading and we were very disappointed

We had a lovely stay at Navona Rooms! The rooms were clean and comfortable and walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see! Would definitely recommend and stay again! Also had the best dinner just a few minutes away at Mimi & Coco!

The apartment downstairs had an extremely loud party blasting bad dance music with extremely loud bass till 230am. 4 flights of narrow spiral stairs. No jacuzzi.

Excellent location - easy to walk to most sites of interest. Wonderful hot tub to relax after a day walking about. Staff responded to all enquiries immediately and were very helpful. Just be prepared for a climb to the 3rd floor up a steep spiral staircase, but no problem if you are fit and healthy. I would fully recommend this stay.

Wonderful room in very ancient palace in the heart of Roma . Only drawback you have to climb three flights of stairs in a very narrow spiral staircase.

The property was in such a great location. Piazza Navona is so lively in the evenings - lots of options for drinks and food! The actual rooms are so cute! Original wood beams and we had the cutest little balcony type window that opened up over the street. The only drawback is that it’s an old building so there are no elevators and the stairs are steep and lots of them.. so if you have mobility issues it would be difficult to get up and down.

The owners were lovely. Alessandro and Marlon are top blokes. Marlon was so helpful. Anything we needed was no trouble, and if there were any issues, it was addressed pronto. Free Breakfast only consists of drink and croissant. Beware of the stairs. Three flights, quite narrow and steep. However Marlon will not only help you with your luggage when you arrive, but when you leave too

We stayed in the Farnese Annex and it was a perfect location just round the corner from Campo de fiori and straight across the bridge from Trastevere. We could walk to all the historic sites with ease. Salvatore and his wife met us and walked us to the apartment. They were so kind and friendly. Having a kitchenette made it very homey, the hot tub was perfect for soothing exhausted legs, and the bed was super comfy. They also had Netflix, if that's your thing. We could also leave our cases after check out as we had a late flight. I'm definitely staying in the Annex apartment next time I'm back in Rome.

Perfect Location
Great hotel and prefect location that puts you within walking distance of lots of the world class attractions. We found that pretty much everything we wanted to see was walkable from there. The owners are very pleasant and helped us find the place when we got a bit lost on the first night. Would highly recommend for a visit to Rome if you want to pack alot in.

The property location was phenomenal! We walked to Trevi Fountain, the Panthenon, Piazza Navona, shopping, restaurants, Campi de Fiori and so much more ! The owners were so nice and helpful. The unit was incredible and well maintained. It was a contemporary unit in an older building. The air conditioning worked great and it was needed as we went in late August. Everything was clean and neat like a hotel. The only part I need to mention is that this is an older building with no elevator so not recommended for older clients as we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs each time. No problem for us as we are in our 50's with good knees and feet.... But if you are going to Rome you will be doing a lot of walking anyway. Great place I would stay in again! 5 stars!
