It looks like a very good property and donā€™t get me wrong, it is good. It is close to the airport and has some good spa facilities but it doesnā€™t cater to its guests. Everything on this property is paid after, even as a guest. You get some discount to spa access, but you cannot even access a swimming pool if you are not paying for spa access. For breakfast, even as a guest you pay around 26 euros per person and it is extremely inaccessible if you donā€™t have a car to get to any other place other than the airport. It is a great location if you want to get to the airport and the staff were nice. But you feel cheated when you get to know the hidden costs for everything.

Beautiful room, peaceful property and I loved the thermal baths. Quieter in the mornings and lively in the evenings. Best sauna Iā€™ve ever used. Nouvelle cuisine dinner menu which I am not inclined to. Overall, I really enjoyed this thermal spa and never once heard a plane overhead despite the proximity to the airport.

Itā€™s a beautiful property that feels like a Tuscan villa just a few minutes from Romeā€™s airport. The staff is friendly and efficient and the food excellent. Plus itā€™s a spa with a nice heated outdoor pool.

This was a last minute booking on the advice of a coworker. She had stayed here prior and RAVED about it. Well, it did not disappoint and lived up to her hype.

Issues with water at the hotel
Quality and service at this hotel does not meet its supposed 5 star rating. The water from our sink came out this horrible orange rust color. Front desk staff were not particularly accommodating, we had to request that they bring us bottled water to use for the night. We could not even close the bathroom door because it got stuck on the toilet? Our reservation form stated, "1 Free spa service for 2 per stay." This does NOT mean access to the spa/pools on the hotel grounds. It meant 1 face mask packet on the bed. Access to the spa is an additional $50 per person. Hotel grounds are pretty and we had a nice dinner at the restaurant but overall this hotel was not worth the cost. Would not stay here again.

The setting and our room were beautiful. The pools were fabulous and the gratis cocktail hour with a spread of nibbles was a plus. Unfortunately, although the dining room was very pretty, the food was disappointing. Breakfast, however, in another lovely room, was glorious. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location near Fiumicino makes it a wonderful last night stop before flying home from Italy. Am recommending it to friends.

I am not sure if we were unlucky but we had a bellboy deliver our bag to our room and we had left some cash in my backpack only to notice the cash missing when it was delivered to our room. This really ruined the beginning of our trip. They left our credit cards and passport alone which was the only saving grace. This may have only been one bad actor but it still tarnished our view of this place
