My family of three enjoyed our stay at Rhea Silvia. The staff greeted us upon late arrival to the hotel and ensured we were well taken care of during our stay. The hotel offered breakfast every morning upon request and airport transportation. The Piazza Navona area has lots of restaurants and shopping available. It is a great location that is walkable to the main attractions. We look forward to another stay in the future.

The place has an excellent location, just in the middle of Plaza Novona. The building was built very long ago but it has been nicely renovated. The service provided was beyond great, amazing staff. It was a very short stay but everything went pretty smooth.

As others have mentioned, this property is not a true hotel. There is no lobby. There is a tiny front desk. It is often unoccupied. When we tried to check out we couldn’t find anyone for our key return. We waited for 10 minutes and finally handed our keys to a cleaning person. That said, it was still a nice place to stay in a great location.

Very disappointed. The accommodations were not "luxury" and the word should be removed from the name. This place does not operate as a typical boutique luxury hotel. The registration desk is located 1 floor up from the street and there were no directions from the hotel instructing where to go or locate the hotel. The peson checking us in said they cannot have signage outside. We had to ring a door bell to get someone on the intercom to direct us to the 1st floor to check-in. While cute, the elevator appears to be the original that has capacity for 2 people only with manual door opening. Not convenient for hauling luggage over several trips. The website does not indicate that this is a no frills hotel! Nobody to help with luggage, just one girl to give you a key and take your payment. Unbelievable that we paid almost twice the cost of a much nicer hotel on our first day here. So so so very over priced! I cannot emphasize that enough! This room was over $600 usd and should have been closer to $250. It feels more like a cheap motel. Almost as if the owner owns one floor and chopped it up into "hotel rooms". It felt more like a dorm room. No water pressure / The bathtub did not work and no bath salts / broken hair dryer/ cheap uncomfortable mattress (looks like they added a mattress pad to mask the awful mattress) / cheap old furniture / no body wash / no conditioner / 6 shower caps?? / no phone in the room. Nobody working the "front desk" through the night. Save your money!

Great location and staff was friendly. However, the hotel has no outdoor signage and we wouldn’t have found it were it not for a waiter working in the restaurant on the main floor outside. There was no mention of this in any communications prior. And while our suite was very spacious, it was also very spartan and in no way luxurious as the name implies. Breakfast was served in the room and it was good. There was no other room service available though as there was also no one on site overnight. It is really more like a b&b than a hotel.

I love that this property in in Piazza Navona. However, I was saddened that the beautiful fountains were covered up for cleaning. After making my reservation, I received an email asking what time they should expect us and if we needed transportation set up. The room was nice size, A/C working great, bathroom nice size and a beautiful room. The customer service was outstanding and the breakfast was great! I will definitely stay at this location again. Close to Parthenon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Casterl Sant Angelo & Coloseum.

Perfect hotel if you want the following things from a hotel room in Rome: 1. COLD AC! 2. Comfortable size room and bed. Super spacious and never felt cramped 3. Walkable. We walked everywhere and all the main sites were 15-25 minutes walking distance. 4. Breakfast (in your room). Super convenient and tasty. 5. They give you water. And water in big bottles! 6. Really nice staff. Highly recommend!
