Very spacious suite in a historic area of town, high ceilings, quiet, safe, clean. Many dining and shopping options nearby. Great breakfast. Good bathroom. Comfy beds, good linen. Friendly helpful staff. Room itself was grand but also a bit dated, had several small steps up and down and open closets had no drawers. This was only minor inconvenience. Overall, fantastic option for our family stay!

Overall, a good hotel in a great location to stay at. The place itself is perhaps a little unusual as it's a set of semi-disconnected rooms in what's also a condo/apartment building, so it doesn't feel at all like a hotel. The rooms themselves are quite spacious which is nice. On the other hand, they are quite spartan and it doesn't feel quite luxurious. Know going in that it won't be a typical hotel scenario and that you're largely paying for the location and size of accommodations rather than perhaps the experience.

This amazing property is a hidden gem of piazza Navona. The rooms are clean, bright, and spacious. Restocked Free mini bar, internet TV and free breakfast are a nice touch. We absolutely loved this place. Great location and fantastic staff!

Last minute we had to cancel our flight home from Italy. Toward the end of our trip I was dying for a larger place for my family and for my toddler to crawl around. The suite was large and has two rooms. One room we used to spend time in as a family and the other, a large bedroom. Breakfast was served in the room via QR code. Location wise, this can’t be beat! Book this if you’re traveling with a family and want a larger space. Consider a different property if you want amenities such as room service or an onsite restaurant.

Stayed here twice while in Rome. Great location and decent sized rooms. Clean and cute. Only issue was the last day the AC wasn’t working so the rooms were very hot. We were checking out the next day so not sure how quickly the issue was resolved.

Perfect location right in the middle of the Piatza Novona. Our room was on the 2nd floor (which is actually the third floor). Our room didn’t face the piatza, but it was really quiet. Lovely large room, great breakfast in the morning (delivered to our room). Extremely hospitable, friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again.
