Rome times hotel was great. Super quiet, super clean, and cold air conditioning. Very nice hotel located close to every thing with very good restaurants close by. You could hit a golf ball to 6 or 8. I would definitely stay there again. Just FYI, if you are from the USA you need to bring outlet adapters for plug-ins. Stayed in 3 really nice hotels in Italy, all needed outlet adapters

We stayed here for my friend’s 40th birthday. When we arrived we felt impressed walking into the hotel. The guy on reception was friendly and helpful. We didn’t have the best view from our double room (main building) but the room was lovely and clean. Great shower and comfy bed, and good air con. Had breakfast each morning which we enjoyed. The hotel is in walking distance to shops Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and the colosseum. We found all staff attentive at breakfast and when we had drinks in the bar. Reception also helped with taxis and kept our luggage safe on the last day. Would defoliate let recommend this hotel and will stay again if we ever return to Rome.

A truly wonderful stay! The staff and location are what makes this hotel brilliant. Every member of staff we encountered were welcoming, attentive, helpful and could not do enough for us. I would recommend this hotel to anymore for the staff alone. However, the location to all of the main places to visit is an added bonus. We loved our stay so thank you very much!

When we arrived it was raining. We checked in and were told that we needed to walk down the street about 100 ft to our building. My wife and I had 4 suitcases. One reception staff carried one bag to door, saw it was raining and pointed us to the direction of our building . Horrible, not being told in advance that our room was not in main building with all faccilities and for lack of assitance. The same reception staff attempted to assist us in obtaining a taxi. Again it was raining. After two phone call attempts, he gave up and said sorry. I asked him what we can do and he basically shrugged us off. Not until I raised my voice as I was walking out did he run to assist and flagged us a cab. Room,- aside from being a B&B without breakfast, was nice. Safe failed on us, but quick to respond. Inconsistant water tempetature in shower. Very little pressure from shower head but full pressure from shower wand. Other staff were VERY pleasant it was only one employee who was and always seemed annoyed to assist. Unfortunately i do not recall his name. Im certain hes fielded many complaints . I am fluent in Italian, so our challenges were not a result of language barrier. Location is good. 15 minute walk to Trevi fountain. All in all I would not return to this hotel as a result of experiences we had. Be informed that the "Annex Building" as listed by Expedia, is not attached to Main building.

We stayed at TheRome Times Hotel five years ago and liked it so much we chose it again and again enjoyed it very much. The rooms are very nice and the staff is very professional and helpful. The breakfast is terrific.

The hotel is located in the city centre of Rome which is very convenient. Staff was lovely and the hotel lobby and bar/restaurant area all nicely renovated. Breakfast was of good standing too. However, the room was not at all at the level of a 4 star hotel. It needs full renovation of the bathroom and walls. The paint is coming off, the bathroom is damp with mould, the insolation is terrible as we could hear the city traffic as well if our next door neighbours, maids in the corridor in the morning. Overall, I would say that the price was too expensive for the service received.

Great hotel, but everything was just mediocre. Area is very walkable close to many attractions. It was a little strange that once we checked into the hotel our room was like down the street in another building. They have a great roof top area, but nothing up there to do and not really able to see much from up there. I would definitely stay there again if I were to visit Rome, but there’s probably plenty of other places to stay that are just as comparable.

Cute little boutique, hotel, conveniently located in the middle of the city of Rome! Everything is literally within walking distance specially the Colosseum literally through blocks away! We had a great time there on this property.

Excellent staff and amenities. Very kind and helpful staff and it has a great restaurant. Room was nice with a shared patio. The only negative was that the shower stall was quite small and hard to turn around in. It would be okay for preteen children, but is small for normal sized adults.

Great stay. Lovely rooftop, nice rooms, great location and good amenities. Only consideration was the door out of the secondary building was broken was trying to leave after hours and could be a real hazard!
