The apartment is ideally located, in a quiet street near the ancient Trastevere district, one of the most central and typical districts of Rome, full of bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, and lively nightlife. The neighborhood is safe to walk around even in the evening after dinner to enjoy the most typical and characteristic streets and alleys. The splendid Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere, where it is pleasant to sit in an outdoor bar sipping a drink and watching the street performers, can be reached on foot in about ten minutes.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, served by two large lifts.
It is clean, welcoming, safe (armored door and guarded building) and with attention to detail.
It is a large studio apartment of 47 m2, with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area with table and 4 chairs, desk, double bed.
The living area is furnished with a large 3-seater sofa that can be transformed into a comfortable double bed for two adults.
The floor is real oak parquet, the furniture is beautiful and functional and the lighting system is of high quality.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge, freezer section, electric oven and microwave. You will also find detergent for washing dishes both by hand and in the dishwasher, detergent for the washing machine and distilled water for the iron.
The bathroom is spacious and elegant with toilet, sink, bidet and a beautiful shower.
In the apartment there is a flat-screen television, independent air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer, full-length mirror.
It is equipped with safety devices in case of fire as well as a first aid kit.

Four supermarkets near the building. Many restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, bars, some of which are open until late at night, can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
A 24-hour pharmacy is just 200 meters away. In each apartment there is an instruction manual and suggestions for your stay and we are always available to provide help and useful information.
If you have a car, a large parking space, suitable for cars of any size including SUVs, is available upon reservation in the building's garage, connected by lift to your apartment, at an additional cost of 15.00 Euros per day to be paid in cash upon check-in. check in. Otherwise, a public car park is available 100 meters from the building, adjacent to the supermarket, the cost of which is approximately 9 Euros per day. After 6.30 pm you can also easily find parking in the streets surrounding the building.
The building is excellently connected to the most important tourist sites. In just 10 minutes with 6 tram stops n. 8 (the stop is just 150 meters from the building and tram no. 8 runs every few minutes), you reach PIAZZA VENEZIA, the heart of Rome. In fact, the most famous archaeological walk in the world begins from Piazza Venezia, in an area closed to traffic, which, through the ancient Roman ruins, leads to the COLOSSEUM. Furthermore, from Piazza Venezia you can access the most beautiful and elegant shopping area of the city, which can be explored on foot looking at the shop windows of the famous Via del Corso, Via Frattina, Via Condotti, with a stop at the famous TREVI FOUNTAIN and then reaching the splendid Spanish steps.
If you get off at the fifth stop of tram no. 8, in a few minutes on foot you can reach the suggestive PANTHEON and the wonderful PIAZZA NAVONA.
The Tiber river, with the splendid Tiber Island, is a ten minute walk away or, if you prefer, 3 stops on tram no. 8.
Walking along the Tiber, or if you prefer with bus no. 280 you can easily reach the VATICAN and CASTEL S. ANGELO.
Tram tickets, valid for 100 minutes, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours and 7 days can be purchased at any tobacconist's bar (there is one in front of the tram stop). ROME Pass of 48 or 72 hours is convenient if you want to visit museums and archaeological sites and travel by bus, tram and subway.
Every Sunday morning, a three-minute walk away, you can visit the historic Porta Portese flea market where you can buy clothes and objects of all kinds at affordable prices.
The building is well connected to Fiumicino airport, reachable in about half an hour either by taxi or by frequent trains leaving from Trastevere station, 3 tram stops (5 minutes) away. n. 8.
Termini station is easily reachable by the H Termini bus.
