We enjoyed our stay here for several nights in June 2024. We used the pool during our stay which was lovely. It has a great view and everything you need to make yourself at home including a washer/dryer/dishwasher. Lovely stay!

The location and accommodations were perfect for exploring. We enjoyed coming home each day to watch the sunsets and take in the amazing view. Lisa was a pleasure to deal with and helpful. The home is in a neighborhood and felt safe. The drive up is very steep but you are rewarded with incredible views.

The property has been remodelled to a very good spec, it has been furnished with style and class. The kitchen is well equipped, TVs in every room, super fast internet (400mb per second), clean and comfortable beds The AC packs a punch, room for parking a car, automatic gate, alarm. The pool is about 10 meters long, heated and great even for a few laps! Has an outdoor shower, grill and dinner table. Tons of space to sunbathe, super cool outdoor lighting and an incredible view. You are up high on the hills (reminded us of California) so it is very quiet and peaceful. At the same time, Saint Maxime has great restaurants 12/15 minutes away (La Voile for example), and without traffic (early AM, Late Eve ) you can be in Saint Tropez in 40 minutes, Club 55 in 50 The communication and service form Lisa was great. The first day we arrived there was a storm and heavy wind. Next day someone showed up to tidy up the outdoors/garden. The pool is kept clean and we opted for a full house cleaning service every other day wich was done professionally and with joy. Lisa and her assistant are lovely and helpful and just want to make sure you feel at home and enjoy your time at the property. Ah! and I forgot.. the view... wow!!! The view of the gulf of St Tropez can inspire you! We had a great time, Thank you Lisa and Nas!

This is a great property with an amazing view and fantastic pool and location. We did really enjoy our stay. However there were some things that were not as good as we hoped. Check in felt rushed. Simple items such as dishwasher tablets and toilet rolls were in short supply. We were also surprised to learn that the cost of replacing the bbq gas falls on whoever happens to be staying when it runs out. All of these are things that are provided in similar properties as a matter of course. A proper guide to the property and surrounding area would also have been in line with similar properties at which we have stayed.

Beautiful outdoor space!
We chose this property for its incredible view and outdoor space and it did not disappoint. The pool was larger than expected with amazing views. There were a few things that were missing that could have made the stay even better. We didnā€™t have dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap and lack of closet or dresser in master. Lisa was very responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay. We loved the sweet town of St Maxime.

The view and house were fabulous. However France was having a heat wave and the ac didnā€™t work very well. When asked to fix the ac the owner said ā€œthe French donā€™t use ac this time of yearā€ The beds had only very heavy winter comforters and when I asked to have some lightweight blankets she said sheā€™d buy some for the next guests. Not even enough hot water for one hot shower and there were 3 of us.

Loved the cool coastal decor/vibe of this cozy little 3. Bedroom holiday home. It always felt tranquil, private and with views to die for. The price you pay for the views of the bay around St Maxime and St Tropez is that itā€™s a tricky 3.5k uphill drive from the beach to get there so not exactly walkable. But overall we loved it and we would go back in a heartbeat! Thanks Lisa! X

Bei der Ankunft nur die 1/2 erklƤrt, Auto hatte nur eines Platz! In einem Zimmer gab es Lichtschalter aber keine Deckenlampe dafĆ¼r und im anderen Zimmer nicht mal einen Schrank.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub mit traumhaften Panoramablick
Das Ferienhaus bietet einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer und auf die Berge. Der Sonnenuntergang mit seinem Farbenspiel Ć¼ber dem Bergpanorama ist immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Wir haben ihn jeden Abend aufs neue genossen. Auf der Terrasse kann man wunderbar entspannen. Sowohl auf der Terasse als auch am Pool gibt es verschiedene Sitzmƶglichkeiten. Ein groƟer Tisch unter einer sonnengeschĆ¼zten Terasse lƤdt zum gemĆ¼tlichen Essen ein. Die KĆ¼che ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und Trockner funktionieren hervorragend. Eine groƟe JBL Box steht zur VerfĆ¼gung. Sehr helle und schƶne Schlafzimmer mit modernen Badezimmern. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Kinder haben den groƟen beheizter Pool (25 Grad) und die AuƟendusche mit warmen Wasser sehr genossen. Er ist ausreichend tief, sodass man hineinspringen kann. Unser 3 jƤhriger Sohn konnte auf der Treppe des Pool spielen. Die Fahrt von der KĆ¼ste hoch zum Haus dauert ca. 10 min und ist ohne NavigationsgerƤt nicht zu bewƤltigen. Man kann auf der StraƟe parken oder auf dem GrundstĆ¼ck hinter dem elektronischen Tor. Wer gerne kocht und einen gut sortierten Supermarkt mit Frischetheken sucht, muss weiter fahren. Wir sind zum groƟen Carrefour in Frejus gefahren. Der ist sensationell. Der Spa Markt in der NƤhe des Hauses ist in Relation sehr teuer und auf Touristen ausgelegt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Das Haus als Ganzes hat viel Charme. Wer Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Merci Lisa

TrĆØs belle maison avec vue splendide sur la baie de Ste Maxime et St.Tropez. La maison corrrespond parfaitement aux photos sur le site Abritel et convenait trĆØs bien Ć  4 adultes et notre grand chien. Environnement trĆØs calme, localisation magnifique aux hauteurs des Issambres. TrĆØs belle rĆ©gion pour effectuer de nombreuses excursions. Maison trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e avec magnifique terrasse et trĆØs belle piscine chauffĆ©e et trĆØs bien entrenue (deux fois par semaine) Terrain entiĆØrement clos et ainsi idĆ©al pour chien. Contact trĆØs facile avec propriĆ©taire et intermĆ©diaire en cas de besoin (mais tout fonctionnait parfaitement de sorte qu'on avait pas besoin de les contacter en dehors de l'accueil Ć  notre arrivĆ©e. Nous avons adorĆ© la maison et passĆ© d'excellentes vacances. ExpĆ©rience Ć  refaire avec trĆØs grand plaisir!!!

Sehr schƶner Bungalow. Tolle Poolanlage und sehr schƶne Aussicht. Freundlicher Empfang mit eines sehr schnellen und kurzen Einweisung. Franzƶsisch von grossem Vorteil. QualitƤt der Zufahrtsstrasse ist Ƥusserst gewƶhnungsbedĆ¼rftig. Strasse zwar geteert aber durch unzƤhlige nachtrƤgliche Ausbesserungen eher eine Rumpelpiste. Wir haben den Urlaub wiederkam total genossen. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist einfach nur wunderschƶn. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Nichts zu beanstanden. Erholung pur!
Wir haben einen sehr schƶnen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es fehlt an nichts: SpĆ¼lmaschine, Nespresso-Kapselmaschine, GewĆ¼rze, Ɩl/Essig, Fƶhn, Grill, HandtĆ¼cher, BettwƤsche, 2 Sonnenschirme, Staubsauger, 2 Duschen, 1 Badewanne, in jedem Schlafzimmer ein Fernseher usw, einfach alles vorhanden. Wir wurden nett empfangen und die Kommunikation mit Lisa Ć¼ber WhatsApp lief tadellos. Es wurde immer schnell geholfen. AnfƤnglich gab es ein kleines Poolproblem mit der Heizpumpe, aber noch am selben Tag kam der Poolmanager und dann funktionierte es auch schnell wieder. Es wurde uns sogar angeboten einen Tag zu verlƤngern, da unsre Tochter einen Pooltag verpasst hat (im April ist man mit einer 3-jƤhrigen Tochter auf die Poolheizung angewiesen). Der Poolboy kommt 2x die Woche um den Pool zu reinigen (er hat einen SchlĆ¼ssel und klingelt nicht, also aufpassen, dass kein Kind oder Hund Ć¼ber die Terrasse abhaut). Der riesige Pool ist durch eine Treppe und Tor (wichtig mit kleinen Kindern!) von der oberen Terrasse abgetrennt (man kann ihn mit einem Rollladendach verschlieƟen). Vom Pool kann man zwar nicht den herrlichen Ausblick genieƟen, aber dafĆ¼r ist es dort sehr windgeschĆ¼tzt und auch von keinem Nachbarn einsehbar. Der Ausblick von der oberen Terrasse ist wirklich atemberaubend-selbst bei Regenwetter. Ein weiteres Highlight ist auch die AuƟenkĆ¼che mit SpĆ¼lbecken und Grill (Gasflasche vorhanden und man ersetzt sie einfach, wenn man geht). Die AuƟendusche ist im Sommer bestimmt auch ganz praktisch. Man kann sein Auto vor dem Haus auf der StraƟe oder hinter dem elektrischen Rolltor abstellen (wenn man gut einparken kann ;)). Den MĆ¼ll nimmt man mit ins Dorf (wir haben ihn in den ƶffentlichen Containern beim Hafen entsorgt (sieht man nicht gleich auf Anhieb, aber wir haben dann bei Lisa nachgefragt) und auf dem Weg zum Haus kommt ein Glascontainer). Der Weg zum Haus ist kurvig, aber dafĆ¼r wird man mit dem Mega-Ausblick belohnt. Im Dunkeln trifft man auch ƶfter mal auf Wildschweine, also Hunde anleinen bzw. aufpassen beim Autofahren. Noch ein paar Tipps: Der BƤcker neben der groƟen La Tropezienne-Kette ist viiiieel besser. Ein Ausflug nach Grimaud lohnt sich. Die Restaurants La Pergolade und Le Dit-Vin sind sehr empfehlenswert. Der Indoorspielplatz bei Frejus (Fun City) ist fĆ¼r die Kleinen auch bei Regenwetter mal ganz nett, Erwachsene zahlen dort keinen Eintritt.
