It is a Reserve-Boutique: it is not like a Hotel or Hostel: There is no sign "Take care of your belongings..." because there is no one, they will be alone completely in peace as in their own home (or more likely).
There are no maids or butlers, bellboys; nobody nobody. Only the rest of the owners in the building, almost all of us 50 families, and the cleaners of the Consortium.

In front of the Monument is "la Fluvial" with little bars, Art in the street, the boat to walk along the Paraná (carts with merchandise from the ships that anchored here from the 17th century went to Córdoba, which is why it is called Córdoba la Peatonal ( old Camino del Rey) that today is the Highway to Córdoba.
