Will not stay again.
This was an emergency trip where we did not plan to be in the room much more than sleeping so we took a chance. Its a small town so hoped for the best. The outside looked very nice and checking in the staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator was in need of some floor care. We went into the first room where the lights wouldn't turn on over the desk which is a switch to by the door to see the room. Then the bathroom tube lights wouldn't turn on but the heat lamp did briefly but went out. Back to the front desk where she was helpful and switched rooms for us. After switch rooms my daughter told us of the black mold she saw by the closet. Room #2 had properly working lights at least. There was hair at the bottom of the fridge, popcorn and dust in the ac/heater vents, something pink in the lights over the bed that looked like old gum, had to kill 1 good sized beetle creature climbing the wall over the bed. The sink drain was slow. Molding around the bottom of the entrance door on the fllor was missing. There were stains on the box spring covers. It was nice they had a bottle opener in the room available, too bad it was on the wall next to the toilet. Needless to say that we will no longer be staying at a Motel 6 again. *I would add photos but the app is not letting me for some reason.
