More like 3 star. Very expensive but no refrigerator, no front desk dial, no safe and no amenities in room. Extra 30 euros a day for parking and no other option. Good location and breakfast. Some rude staff.

Buffet disappointing!!!!!!!
The buffet should have handled a lot better. Children will allowed to up to the buffet without mask and without their parents. I thought this was a terrible display of cleanliness especially during this time of COVID-19.

Nice hotel but needs a lot of improvement.
Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel location is very good & only steps away from the beach. The room was lacking many basic things like slippers, a phone,AC, fridge or even complimentary water bottles. Toiletries were very limited to all in one Shampoo. Breakfast was good but the same items repeated on both days. They have a mini market which was a good thing. No playroom for biliard or table tennis but you can rent bicycles. It was a nice stay but the hotel needs to improve alot.

Awesome hotel at awesome location
The hotel is situated right on the beach. Hotel is very clean and tidy and I found it very comfortable. Don't forget to try the breakfast, they have quite a large spread. I'm looking forward to try the Spa and massages next time

Relaxing Retreat
We had a great experience, we are from Canada and had excellent service from the front desk, who spoke great English. Very comfortable and relaxing. Close to the beach and boardwalk, walk into town, very lovely. The included breakfast was excellent.

Beautiful Property located on the beach walk. The addition of Nivea products in the room....two thumbs up! Also the breakfast that was included was plentiful with so much variety. The only minus was no A/C as it was so hot the days I was there, though very few hotels in Europe have A?C.

Good value of a clean, efficient hotel
This hotel is still new with modern (if somewhat cold) decor; and due to the big size of the hotel, it lacks charm but everything is clean and very efficient. Slightly odd decor of glass wall of shower (yes, see though from the room), so it's much better for couples, but there's a curtain you can draw for some privacy. The dining area is self-serve system, which works well without being like a cafeteria. The location is very convenient that the beach is a few steps away and restaurants are several minutes walking distance.

Hotel room is spacious, clean & simple. It's so simple that there is no kleenex tissue, coffee maker, phone. The bath mat is so small that one have to be careful not to step outside of the mat!

Hier stimmt meiner Ansicht nach das Preis Leistung Verhältnis nicht .Viel zu teuer für Zimmer ohne Mini Bar kein Safe im Zimmer ,kein kostenloses Wasser und es wird auch nur alle zwei Tage gereinigt .Bei einem Strand Hotel mit dem ganzen Sand welcher überall im Zimmer ist schon sehr nervig .Auf der Terrasse wurden nur Auflagen auf die Sitzgelegenheiten gelegt wenn man danach gefragt hat und das bei besten Wetter ,da hatte man wohl keine Lust auf Gäste die gerne etwas länger bleiben .In den öffentlichen Bereichen sind die Lüftungsrohre sehr staubig und auch der Eingangsbereich von der Promenade ins Restaurant ist nicht sehr einladent alles verschmutzt und voller Vogel Hinterlassenschaften .Das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich und gibt sich viel Mühe ,das Frühstück und Abendbuffet ist sehr gut ,hier ein großes Lob .Zum Frühstück kann man sich einen Prosecco 0.1 für 4 Euro kaufen das ist in jedem anderen Hotel in dieser Preisklasse kostenlos dabei .Das Hotel ist nur auf Gewinn ausgelegt bei geringer Leistung .Ich würde dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall wieder buchen .

Das Personal war unterschiedlich - sehr nett bis oberflächlich..schade Negativ: erst beim Check in wird alles persönliche abgefragt / Geburtstag… Begleitperson Beschreibung … sehr öffentlich… wäre schön, wenns vorher alles übernommen wäre Negativ: beim checkin zu erfahren, dass nur das für 16€ am Tag vorhanden ist … Negativ: Beim checkin zu erfahren, das Hotel hat beschlossen nur alle zwei Tage die Zimmer zu reinigen ( bei den Preisen eine Frechheit- Angebot dazu machen mit kleiner Erstattung fänden wir ok) Negativ: Das beschaffen neuer Handtücher-auch für die Sauna (einige stehen sehr lange in der Schlange ) Negativ: Preis Leistungs-Verhältnis Positiv: super Mitarbeiter im Restaurant und Barbereich Eine sehr nette Zimmer reinigungskraft ( Dame)
