Einfach und gut
Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend gelegen, es gibt ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. In zwei Fußminuten ist eine Straßenbahnstation. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von fünf Minuten beim Zoo. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und genau richtig für zwei Personen.

Sauber, ordentlich, aber spartanisch
Wir haben eine ordentliche Wohnung von einer mehr oder weniger nordisch netten Dame in Empfang genommen. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist gut. Die Größe wie angegeben. Die Einrichtung könnte liebevoller sein. Hier kann man auch für kleines Geld ein bisschen mehr Charme unterbringen. Die Ausstattung ist wie gesagt eher schlechter Standard. Man findet zwar fast alles (insbesondere Küche), den Zustand und die Qualität haben wir jedoch schon häufig besser vorgefunden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist durch die Zentrumsnähe klasse. Gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft mit einem guten OK zu bewerten.
