Positive: All staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and pillows were soft. Negative: Rooms are looking pretty shabby for the rate. Pool was closed for private function so couldn’t be used which I thought was a bit off for a weekend stay. Tv didn’t work so had to be replaced. There were long black hairs in my bedding and it didn’t smell ‘clean’ Ate at the restaurant and it was frankly quite average for the price and limited food options. Drinks however I thought were a very reasonable price. I would not recommend and won’t be back,

Unfortunately the rubbish from the previous guest had not been removed. TV did not work and staff couldn’t figure out why. Air conditioner was loud and staff couldn’t do anything until the next day.

A fantastic find and very luxurious at a great price. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. The room was vlean and very comfortable. Everythingvwas within walking distance - very handy to Eat Street and the Polynesian Spa. My stay in Rotorua was wonderful.

This is our second time at the property! First time was abit of a miss but we defs enjoyed it better this time. In a newer refurbished room which was nice and clean the room ammenties were great would be nice to have robes and Slippers for heading to the pool. The pool was really and warm kids enjoyed it. Overall a nice one night experience will be back for sure for the overall convenience of the hotel and for the nice room and pools.

Customer Service terrible, my rather expensive Mercedes got damaged while parked in front of the entrance under the car port. CCTV cameras pointing straight at my car. Notified front desk staff immediately and was promised investigation, hours later still nothing, followed up with staff again at night, still nothing. Next day promised again and again by different staff different stories. Left all my correct contact details with different staff on numerous occasions, still nothing. On check out duty manager again promised they would investigate and come back to me. Now writing this review 3 days later and still haven’t received any form of contact or feedback. Appalling customer service. Left with insurance bill now!!😭😭😭 quick to take your credit card details but ZERO customer service skills. CUSTOMER BE AWARE!!
