Positive: All staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and pillows were soft. Negative: Rooms are looking pretty shabby for the rate. Pool was closed for private function so couldn’t be used which I thought was a bit off for a weekend stay. Tv didn’t work so had to be replaced. There were long black hairs in my bedding and it didn’t smell ‘clean’ Ate at the restaurant and it was frankly quite average for the price and limited food options. Drinks however I thought were a very reasonable price. I would not recommend and won’t be back,

We boked lake facing room hoping to see the lake, but no, the tree blocked the entire view. In addition the cleaning ladies didn't clean the room. Just kind of made the bed. The room was good and the location is good too

We enjoyed a fabulous view of Lake Rotorua. The hotel is located close to the Polynesian Spa and just 2 short blocks to the principal street of Rotorua. The public rooms and courtyard garden are very attractive. Our room was not new but quite clean and well equipped. Plenty of parking.
