Former mill adjoining the Château de Courmenant (12th century), in the heart of a vast estate (7000 m²) crossed by the Vègre River, which once powered the mill wheel.
This cottage is ideal for fishing enthusiasts. Classified as a second-category fishing area, it offers year-round fishing for whitefish such as perch, roach, and gudgeon.
Pike and zander are also fished from late April until the end of January of the following year.
The 1000 m² enclosed garden is landscaped with trees and flowers and features a terrace and a swing set.
Wi-Fi and heating are included.
Ground floor: living/dining room, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (double bed 140x190 cm), bathroom, separate WC.
